I had called earlier in the week and made an appointment as a new patient. I made sure to provide my insurance information over the phone to confirm that they accepted my insurance. I go in today for my appointment and wait 1 hour and 15 minutes just to be told my insurance was "verified yesterday" and they do not accept it. I received confirmation texts from this place, an appointment reminder call again confirming they had my information and they couldn't tell me before I drove here and waited all this time that my insurance wasn't accepted?! Office filled with incompetent medical assistants...what a waste of time!

My 5 year old daughter needed extensive treatment and I got 3 different opinions at other places and decided on Rodeo dental and they did not disappoint! They are so good with kids and explaining things thoroughly. Wait is never bad, love that they have entertainment for the kids meanwhile as well. Procedure was fast and easy! I'm so glad I decided to come here!

Absolutely regret getting my braces here!!!! I am always on time or early to my appointment and today the orthodontist left before seeing me. I was 30min early to my appointment, and waited for 1:30min, I would still be sitting there if I hadn't gone up to go to the front desk and ask how much was my payment!!! all the manager said was I'm sorry. BTW not the first time I have waited to be seen and not been able to be seen. It happened with a cleaning as well.
