they did an amazing job with my tooth extraction Dr.Tran and Ms.Haneen did an amazing job with making sure i was comfortable and safe and made sure i didn't feel a thing i want to thank them so much

I used to love Rodeo dental until I got my wisdom teeth taken out there. One side of my mouth wasn't numb during the procedure(I also thought I would be put under anesthesia) and they ignored me when I tried to tell them. So I started to have a panic attack as anyone would when feeling pain of getting teeth removed. They proceeded to hold me down the rest of the procedure, I was crying the whole time. After I left I ended up having to go to an ER because the pain was unbearable. They didn't give me an ice pack for my jaw or an oral syringe to clean my mouth, all I can say is please do not get your wisdom teeth removed here. They are not fully prepped for them and my experience has left me afraid to go to the dentist when I used to love it.

We had a great experience with Dr Tran and his assistant Haneen. My son was terrified to get his tooth pulled. They were very patient with him, also walking him through every step as if he were getting his teeth cleaned. I then caught on because the steps were not that of a cleaning but in order to calm and reassure my son, it was presented to him as if they were cleaning but really they were preparing to pull the tooth. I was so settled/calmed by Dr Trans patience & effort to comfort my son through the process. I cannot say how that made me feel. There was also a Hispanic salt & peppered haired male assistant who was very helpful and kind to us. Didn't get to catch his name. Also the salt and peppered short haired assistant (female) that assisted my daughter with her dental needs was a great help as well. I am very satisfied with our services!

This company is TRASH! I've been trying to get my baby in for braces, and every time I call they always say call back, or someone gone call me! Then I just set on hold and the phone hung up! This location and HWY 6! I'll just take my daughter somewhere else! I'm not about to keep getting the run around!

Haneen and Dr.Watson was the best ever ,they made my son visit feel safe and keep him from being nervous , they talk to patients while helping them through the visit to make it easy , for toddlers , i highly recommend this dentist , Haneen and Dr. Watson have the best energy wanted my son to come back everytime

Dr. Tsai and his staff are incredible! I take both of my children here- my kids are complete opposite when it comes treatment at the dentist, and the staff here know exactly how to comfort them both and give the best care they can. I definitely recommend Rodeo Dental of Cypress!

Dental Services @ Rodeo Dental is always awesome!! I bring my great niece every 6 months for her routine cleanings and etc. All of the Staff display professionalism, kindness and knowledge in all things dental. I want to give a special **thank you** to Dr Sa for taking the time to explain some facts & his kindness, for her great skills and kindness and who was excellent in assisting the Dr, kind and keeping my kid calm. We just moved to Cypress, Texas a few months ago. My daughter 1st dental exam here was awesome. During my daughter's xray, Mrs. Wilma walked up and started talking to my daughter and I. She complimented my daughter on how mature she was. I informed her that we just moved here. She gave us the warmest welcome. She was so attentive and sweet that I made an appointment for myself. Thank you Mrs. Wilma for your warm hospitality and excellent customer service. We look forward to seeing you when we come for our office visits. Took my daughter here a few times and they wanted to tell me she had 2 cavities and gave me an estimate of almost $500 and wanted to put silver crownings on her baby teeth. When looking at the X-rays i never once saw a cavity. I said I'll think bout it and they did her cleaning. And went about our day. On her next 6month check up they said the same thing and then added a few cavities 1-2 on the other side giving me another estimated treatment making it more expensive. Something in my gut told me to get another opinion. Took her to another dentist for her next 6 month check up and come to my surprise she has ZERO cavities. I seriously thought this place would have been better but they a quack. Trying to take peoples money. If i could report them i would. Well maybe i should. Also if i could give them a zero star i would.

I visited the office to start my journey with braces. Sergio was very pleasant and kind when explaining my benefits. He was very thorough. Viola was my dental hygienist. She was very gentle and patient with me. She made me feel comfortable during my visit. I was very nervous. Dr. Dugum is the BEST. He's cool, calm and knowledgeable. He's very professional, down to earth and easy to talk to. I could not ask for a better team. I Love Rodeo Dental!

I went for my wisdom teeth surgery. When I made the appointment a month ago we were quoted an estimate and 3 days before the appointment they called to confirm the appointment as well as let us know that it was going to be $300 more than the estimated amount. When i tried to ask why it was so much more the lady just said it's what it cost and I can have the manager give you a call back, I told her yes I'll expect a call back from the manager and I never got one. Not only should they have told us ahead of time but they shouldn't give estimates if they don't know the actual cost. The day of the surgery, everything seemed decent. I had paid for IV sedation after explicitly telling them I wanted to be FULLY out for the surgery. I was given the iv and the gas and about 3/4 of the way through the procedure I was alert, screaming, and crying from the pain and they did not even give me more anesthesia. When they finally finished after me being in excruciating pain the tech told me that if I wanted to be fully asleep then I should have gone to a hospital. Absolutely ridiculous that they would tell me that AFTER all is said and done. The doctor who did my surgery, which not to mention was talking on the phone when he initially walked in and while he put the iv in me, even tried to blame me for what was happening and was speaking to me in a rude tone like as if he didn't hear me literally crying from pain all while stating that my "vitals are through the roof". When they wheeled me out the back my mom immediately went back up to ask for pain meds. It's literally a SURGERY why would we have to ASK for pain meds. The icing on the cake was when the tech that helped translate to my mom said "if she was in as much pain as she said she is then she would have had a heart attack." Absolutely terrible experience, they will try to gaslight you and do not have respect for their patients, do not go there for a surgery.

Came here to try out a new dentist for my daughter. I thought they would be ideal since it is a pediatric dentistry. I arrived at 1:35 for a 2pm app. With her being a new patient, I assumed she would have forms to fill out. They gave me the forms to fill out at 2PM (the time of her appointment) Staff is unfriendly, awkward, unprofessional. One woman ( I honestly don't even know her job) was just standing there trying to talk to my other daughter (who is 15 months) while my other daughter was getting examined. Dentist tells me my daughter has 4 cavities (which I honestly could not see and they couldn't show me on x-ray) They have us in one room then move us next door for a cleaning which didn't make sense to me. Then the woman who is obsessing over my daughter goes and gets them balloons as the other staff are trying to talk to me about my daughters care and set up an appointment. I don't know who this woman is but she was very annoying and childish. You don't interrupt someone trying to distract them from hearing about the patient. She didn't even help with my daughters cleaning or exam. She was just there bothering us saying bye to my daughter at least 20 times and watching me speak to my daughter. Then asking me a million questions like does she talk does she do this? I think she needs to work in a daycare not a dentist office. The woman working on my daughter says "oh she is very nervous" like obviously it's uthe dentist. No one likes the dentist. Then when the cleaning is all done they don't even tell me it's over or what to do or where to go. They just sit there awkwardly. I had to say "is that all?" This place is a joke. We will not be back.

Have been coming here since my baby was 6 months (5 now) we were with Dr Tsai and Ms Tomah and I absolutely love the care and kindness of them both and the whole staff
