Dulce, office manager, went "above & beyond" her responsibities. Not knowing your office was closed Labor Day, I left a message. I did not expect a response until the next day. She called me on her day off to answer my call. These days such service is rarely encountered. Dulce's verbal response did not express any inconvenience. Expressing kindness is appreciated.
