First impressions are everything, I highly recommend this place to all who want a great dental experience. I took my children 7/27/2022 for an exam and check up due to the dentist they were seeing was to far and couldn't get them in till the end of August. I called Rodeo Dental and they were able to get them in two days after I called. We arrived and my kids were overly excited about the games they have along with the little movie theater they have to play/watch while they were waiting. My daughter is special needs and my son has ADHD and they both felt very comfortable with the amazing staff who showed nothing but respect for them. The best part was when the kids were done with the appointment all the staff showed them off with streamers and SMILES. We have never had an experience like we have with Rodeo Dental. The kids can't wait to definitely go back. I give big thanks to all of the staff who put smiles on their little faces.

It was such an amazing experience!! I can't wait to go back for my 6 month cleaning. They left my teeth feeling very fresh and sparkling clean. They were gentle and delicate with their touch. They were very insightful, respectful, and caring. The doctor and assistant were both outstanding with their work and professionalism. I had Doctor Al and the assistant was April. They were both very joyous and happy people and it was so lovely to have them for my appointment. Can't wait to come back again!!!

I actually rated Rodeo a 5 star as we loved our 1st appt. Well, my 2nd appt was with the orthodontist to see if 2 of my kiddos needed braces, which they indeed needed. Well, the rep comes in with paperwork and telling me what I need to pay out of pocket. I told her what about our insurance she flat out said your insurance won't cover braces. Mind you nothing was ever submitted them. This was all in a matter of one appt. They called me as a reminder about the braces and I told her I will not be bringing my kids back as I'm not paying everything out of pocket when we have insurance. She told me let me call you back and review the notes. And I have yet to receive another call about the braces. I have received calls about my kids routine clean which I refuse to take my kids somewhere that refuses to simply submit an insurance claim. Crazy to think I drove over an hour to this place. I will however say the dentist was great with my kids and really liked her.

My children go here for their braces and not once have they been seen on time!!! It has always taken more than half an hour to get them to the back! Seems like making actual "reservations" are pointless since you won't be seen at the time you choose.

The BEST dentist I've experienced by far. They DA are so calming and makes you feel very comfortable. So very patient and kind. Rodeo Dental made my family feel very comfortable & we're very on top of getting me in the right steps to get the smile I'm looking for and I am overly excited to be on this journey with a whiter brighter smile with rodeo dental and Orthodontist

Originally gave this place 5 stars but quickly found out they are not great at all I've been waiting for my son's continued care from another ortho and have been given the run around for months, they do it very respectfully but will not get to the bottom of it I have been transfered to different employees this place has a high turn over dor staff, Medicaid has told me they haven't even put in a request meanwhile they told me it keeps getting denied. My son had a consultation and photos taken on December now everything the Dr said at the consultation turned out to be a lie she doesn't want to do the care, the photos they took somehow are not in his file so now I have to wait even more to get another appointment for the "lost" pictures just for them to transfer his care throigh Medicaid. Definitely do not recommend. They tried to have wait some more just to ask the other ortho ( there's only 2 for rodeo dental) if he could take this case i refused and made them call him in that very moment all for him to tell me that my son needed surgery ( does not) so they referred me to a othro surgeon without even examining my son and the ortho surgeon couldn't take my son bc they needed an actual referral this place is a joke and so is the entire office staff and orthos
