I have never been to an oral surgeon where the surgeon had me giggle about something else during the procedure. Dr. Williams, absolutely charming professional and gentle. His staff are all the same. They were very attentive to my nervousness and my fears, they were even concerned with me having an upset stomach because I had to take pre-procedure antibiotics. They gave me a couple pretzels and some water I could go on and on. They were just absolutely the best.

Totally happy with the results if my tough surgery to remivecan infected wisdom tooth. Felt that I was well taken care of!

Woke up during surgery and when I asked how that could have happened the dentist told me I am a very emotional person. He then told me that my medication (Lamictal) which he told me to take "fought" them the whole time. He then asked me to not be so emotional and mean to them the next time, which I do not remember however waking up during surgery is terrifying. They completed less than half of the work that I went under to have done. The one dental technician there is LOVELY and told me the truth. She said I woke up and did not tolerate it. The dentist on the other hand said it was because he had no idea how long it would take to deal with an infetction that I had. I had several teeth pulled and we didn't even get the implant posts into those. I am assuming we will get charged to put me under again. They have already been paid 22k so I will be going back for the rest of my treatment. It would be nice if someone (other than the very professional technician) could apologize rather than blame me for both ineffective sedation and completing 1/3 of the dental plan. I understand some changes. But we didn't even finish the left side of the mouth. Hopefully the overall result is somehow worth it. If so I WILL update the review. I had great hopes for the office. This might have been a fluke. I am seemingly cursed with bad luck concerning dental work.

Dr. Williams and his team did an amazing job taking care of me when I was getting my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Williams does a great job of explaining what you will expect during the extraction and also answers any concerns you might have, his team is also very knowledgeable and caring they go out of their way to keep you calm and pain free during the procedure!

I had a fantastic experience with this office. From scheduling to the actual procedure, everything was smooth and easy. Dr Williams was very nice and reassuring throughout the procedure. I hope I don't need any further procedures, but if I do, I will definitely come back to this office.

Really professional, helpful & informative call to set my appointment. I was able to be seen quickly and am so appreciative. The new patient process was easy. My dentist emailed over my x-rays and I was able to do all the new patient paperwork online.

This is my 3rd dental implant. Dr. Picard is a phenomenal dentist/oral surgeon who is not only professional in approach but also has the experience in determining the best approach to the implant. His staff is efficient & friendly. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I had an appt. With Dr.Murphytoday for an extraction.My tooth had been so painful for 10 days and hrs after removal, i am pain free!! The atmosphere is friendly with happy people. The dr and his assistant are knowledgable giving me options i did not know existed. Pre/post instructions were very thorough. Highly recommend, they will make u feel at ease.

The staff and doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and proficient. This was the best experience I have ever had with a procedure of this nature. Truly excellent.
