I had the most thorough exam I've ever had. Office staff is super nice and very efficient. Dr. Farr also has a great bedside manner and is so nice. I'm very happy I chose Rocky River Dental to take care of me.

We have been patients of Dr. Farr from day 1 (20+ years) & have always had exceptional service - the staff are all so sweet & the Dr. Farr himself has great people skills that make the entire experience less stressful. I recently became ill, between my deterioration and medication I was taking, my teeth became quite yellow. At the suggestion of the team, I'm going through the whitening process and the results are unbelievable - I'm so thrilled & would recommend everyone to consider it. My husband, son and I all go to see Dr Eick and his staff. We are more than satisfied with the high quality care, efficient appointments, little to no wait time with our busy schedules and friendliest staff from the front desk, hygienists and of course Dr. Eick himself. Office is very clean and orderly as well. We highly recommend this office to family and friends and anyone else in the nearby area!

The office is always clean and the staff are quite delightful. I'm one of the few people in the world who don't mind going to the dentist. The experience here is always pleasant. Nothing bad to say at all.

TLDR; Great dentist, great office. I'm new to the Cleveland area and had to find a dentist. Was dreading the whole thing, until I called this office. Front desk staff were so nice and patient (I am a young adult, still mastering the art of adulthood) and made everything really easy. Dental assistant was fabulous, she made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Dentist was so nice, seemed very well educated and experienced. I went in being unsure whether I had one problem or another, turns out I have both but I feel totally confident after leaving this office that I will receive the best possible care.
