"ZERO STARS" Run away from this dentist as fast as possible!!! The are extortionists!!!! They will give you a very inflated schedule of work needed and then charge you for a "Broken Appontment" after you show up and leave because they are forcing you into work you don't want done. All this just for a routine teeth cleaning. Went for a second opinion the day after this happened and was told I didn't need anything on the schedule except a cleaning. I have spent months trying to reconcile this with them and now they are sending me letters threating me with action. Scamming Medicare patients because you want to get more out of the government is not the correct way to welcome new patients. They need to read up on the Consumer Bill of Rights stating you can not force someone into something they are not comfortable with!!!!

I have every reason to believe this office tried to FORCE me to do an unnecessary procedure just so they could 'pad' the Insurance Billings. I felt suspicious after only one visit My feelings were proven correct on my second visit. Buyer Beware. UPDATE......Now Rocky Ridge Family Dental is trying to shake me down for the cost of a 'broken appointment'. Watch out for these thieves. The Sacramento Better Business Bureau gives Rocky Ridge Family Dental a " C+" rating. Don't be me. Do your research

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to anything especially the dentist. I went here to find a new dentist I was comfortable with and the entire staff was so nice and generous. I walked in nervous but walked out comfortable and already scheduled my upcoming appointments I will never switch dentists!
