Welcome to the Rocky Creek Dental family! Rocky Creek Dental Care is a practice built on relationships, and we want to have a relationship with you. Dr. Piccione, Dr. Roth, Dr. Elliott and our team are proud to have been serving friends and neighbors in the Greenville area for decades. Once patients find us, they never want to leave some drive over an hour to see us, and we have several families who have multiple generations within our practice. We think that says a lot about the kind of care you can expect to receive every time you visit!
Dr. Myles Elliott joined our practice in January 2021. He is a Greenville native and a graduate from Riverside High School, Clemson University, and the Medical University of South Carolina. While studying at MUSC, Dr. Elliott served as a legislative liaison for the ADA and SCDA in Washington, D.C. After finishing his degree at MUSC, he practiced in Columbia, SC a few years before he and his wife, Blair, returned to the upstate last year. He is a member fo the SCDA, ADA, and AGD. Dr. Elliotts addition has allowed us to offer more services conveniently within our practice, such as root canal therapy, and extend our office hours to better serve our patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Elliott enjoys travelling with his wife, Blair, a speech pathologist, and spending time with their Boykin Spaniel, Teal. He also loves activities on the lake, hunting and anything related to sports especially if it involves the Clemson Tigers!
Dr. Margaret A. Roth received a Bachelor degree from the College of Charleston, and graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine. She completed a General Practice residency at Palmetto Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. She received several awards while in dental school: The Ney Dental Fixed Prosthodontic Achievement Award, The Academy of General Dentistry Award, and the American Academy of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Award. She is a member of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, Piedmont Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Roth joined the practice in 2000. Her husband, Jeff, is a Medical Technologist. They have three daughters.
Dr. John R. Piccione received a Bachelor degree from Illinois Benedictine College, and graduated in 1983 from the University of Illinois Dental School. After practicing dentistry in the Chicago area for 10 years, Dr. Piccione began practicing in Greenville in 1993 (his wifes hometown). He is a member of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, Piedmont Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He and his wife Kathy have three children.
As a practice we are very grateful to be a part of this community and do everything we can to give back. Starting several years ago, with assistance from our patients, this team began an annual community project to lend support to local causes.Our endeavors have ranged from canned food drives for food shelters to school supplies for the GHS Childrens Hospital.
As one of our team activities, we often choose a community walk or run to help support the many worthy causes in our areas. This spring we are joining Run for Thought to help raise awareness about brain injury research and prevention.
One of our favorite projects to date has been collecting scarves, hats, and gloves with help from our wonderful patients. We usually go out on a cold day and scarf bomb areas where our homeless population frequent. We hang them from poles, trees, and fences with a message attached to Take me if you are cold.

The new office staff were awesome, very welcoming with lots of positive energy. They even waited til I went back for my cleaning before calling me names for giving them babies! Donna is wonderful, she's a whiz when it comes to oral leaf blowing! Dr Roth didn't even make me feel bad for having more cavities than teeth. I recommend everyone go to Rocky Creek, even folks with full sets of dentures!

Stephanie was awesome--no pain while cleaning my teeth and so nice to be with. I was really into an episode of Love it or List it, but had to leave before the end. She texted me to say they loved it--thank goodness! That was awesome! Best dentist place in town--both locations!

Rocky Creek Dental is top notch! Dr. Pacconi is one of a kind!!! I was a bit anxious today but Dr. Pacconi stopped and talked to me and then I was able to continue. Best dentist EVER!!!!
