If your looking for a place to get teeth pulled or a cleaning.THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!! Igot teeth pulled they was patient with me and my so called insurance and went beyond to make my experience comfortable as possible. Rockwell is the best place on the area no question.

The receptionist was very kind the dentist was super fast and very funny. Had my paperwork done, wisdom tooth x rayed, then numbed, and pulled. in and out in under an hour. My tooth hurt so bad and even when everyone else was booked out and refused to see me for an emergency extraction even the hospital refused me mind you, this gentle soul went out of his way to go above and beyond and see me the same day that i called. wonderful experience all around. Plus hes a dog man. Enough said haha.

Horrible place!!! There was no dental assistant. I was asked to push the Xray button for my husband's xrays. A normal business would take your copay and bill the insurance co. Not these clowns. We used our debit card for the copay they ran it for the total amount. Didn't run it through our insurance. Good thing we didn't have it all in the at account. I'm sure they plan to run it again... lol good luck that card has been deactivated . Crooks!!!

Negative Stars would be more accurate. I am filing a lawsuit today against two specific employees and the business as an entity. I had cash paid that was never credited to my account, I was harassed through calls on nights and weekends and hounded through FB messages while awaiting the Insurance Appeal my work had submitted. According to the female spouse, she knows the law, however, I have phone records, fb records, paper records AND CREDIBLE WITNESSES to every stage of this ugly, unprofessional, drawn out situation. I think the actual Dentist is good at his job, but his wife and office staff are incompetent, unprofessional, and I'm glad to see their business is declining so they can't STEAL from more hard working people.
