Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Dr. Parnell was amazing! She was gentle and the first dentist I've had clean my teeth who didn't hurt my gums which I appreciated. Their office is clean and the staff is detail oriented and friendly.

I had some fillings done today by Dr. Steiger. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I always get nervous going to the dentist but after today I won't go anywhere else. He made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure and was incredibly professional, friendly and informative. I will be a patient for life!!

I recommend Modern Dentistry in Rockwall ... I go there twice a year for cleaning , and/or deep cleaning , and/or Periodontal Maintenance ... Dr Le is a very good Dentist , and she has a great personality , very nice person , always does a good job with a very gentle caring attitude ... Marley Brown is also a very good hygienist , same thing , nice person , does a very good job , and minimum discomfort .... I do not have any problems "Going to the Dentist" and they take good care of my teeth ..... I don't go anywhere else as of this writing and have gone there for several years now ..... My review is based on Dr Le and Marley Brown and my experiences in their care .... I do not know of the others but I'm sure they are great too .... It's a good place to check out if you need a dentist ..... I have also lived in this area for over 30 years

The appearance looks good but when it comes to scheduling they are overbooked I stayed three hours and couldn't get cleaned my teeth. I don't have a teeth problem I was just there for my regular teeth cleaning but Dr Amanda said I can't get my teeth cleaned unless I they too out my wisdom tooth which it doesn't bother me and I want to wait. However, this place is all about money so if you don't have any teeth problem and need regular cleaning this place is not good.

I drive 49 miles one way to go to this office! Lets face it, no one likes to go to dentist, getting a colonoscopy is easier than going to dentist for anything! With that said, it is very difficult to be a dentist and earn five star review, but Dr. Karim deserves more than five stars, she deserves standing ovations. Her bedside manner is absolutely flawless, she makes you feel at ease and her work is outstanding, she performed a tooth extraction, bone graft and implant for me and I never felt any pain or discomfort. Her assistances are as friendly and professional as she is, and office staff are very professional and all have a very welcoming attitude. I highly recommend this office.

THIS OFFICE IS VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES ON PROCEDURES. I ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY GIVE YOU THE INFOMATION AND THE PRICING AND IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO AND WANT TO GO A DIFFERENT ROUTE WELL GOOD LUCK!

I had a crown that I had been having trouble with for years. My prior dentist had replaced it twice but it was still a problem. Food would get packed in between the crown and the neighboring molar. It was frequently painful. When I moved to Texas a year and half ago I decided to have the crown replaced again. Dr. Steiger did a great job and for the first time in about 5 years I no longer had any problems with food getting trapped and causing pain. I recently went in for a cleaning and he asked how my crown was performing. I realized it had been a year and the crown remains problem free. As a result I no longer worry about which side of my mouth I should chew my food on. I don't even think about my crown anymore because it is problem free!

I have decalcification on a few of my front teeth after childhood braces, and needed fillings. They turned out great. Super smooth on my tongue, and they match perfectly. Really glad I came here, I'm very pleased with the dental work I received. Thank you Dr. Steiger and your assistant!
