Great help in getting my son through his first cleaning. With sensory issues & other challenges, we were able to tour the facility several times so the experience wasn't scary. The hygienist made the tools fun, & he was very still in the chair. I can't say enough positive things about the staff to make the dentist visit smooth, tantrum free, & accomplish a good cleaning.

Our daughter had some dental work done and we were given an estimate, then after they looked into in teeth, were given the final price for approval. We gave the approval and they continued with the work while we paid the final price we approved. A couple weeks after the work was done, we received a bill for the "remaining balance" which was more than double the price we agreed on in office!!! When I called the office to discuss, the staff said THEY MESSED UP but I'm still responsible for the invoice. She was horrible and so unprofessional over the phone. Had we had known the charges would be that amount we wouldn't have agreed and would've looked at other options. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTIST. My daughters didn't even like him.

We brought our 2 month old daughter to Dr. Crutchfield for a tie consultation after we had a previous procedure done with another provider that was ineffective. Dr. Crutchfield was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. He did not push us to get the procedure done, did not rush us, and answered all of our questions. He made sure we had support with a qualified lactation consultant and follow-ups. Although I hope I don't have another child that suffers from ties, if I did, I would not hesitate to bring them to this office. Thank you for everything! I'm so glad our daughter is doing well and we were able to continue our breastfeeding journey because of this office. If you even have a suspicion that your child might have a tongue tie, book a consultation here.

There is a reason why I drive over an hour every six months to see Dr. Crutchfield. He and his team are truly the best pediatric dentists around. I came to Dr. Crutchfield when my son was a few days old. He was tongue tied and needed his upper and lower lip released, as well as his tongue. I was about to give up on breast feeding my son as it was extremely painful for me and my son wasn't able to get enough and wasn't gaining weight fast enough. He wasn't able to even stick his tongue out of his mouth, let alone latch properly. When I met Dr. Crutchfield, his calm demeanor immediately put me at ease as he explained the entire procedure to me. We went ahead with the tongue tie release and within a few days my son was latching on and finally getting enough milk and gaining weight like a champ! We had a few follow up appointments to ensure everything looked good and that it healed properly, which it did. When I took him in at his 18 month visit, Dr. Crutchfield said to tell that it healed so well that you couldn't tell he ever had his tongue released. I now have both of my kids teeth checked and cleaned there every six months. The care that he provides, along with his amazing staff is beyond expectation. They always make you feel welcome and are always kind and friendly. I will be a customer at Rocklin Kid's dentist for many years to come.

We had a great first visit yesterday with my 4 year old! He had a not so pleasant experience at our last dentist so he was very nervous. Our assistant Rachel made him feel so comfortable and she was very patient with him. We enjoyed meeting Dr.Gonzalez as well! Thank you to the front desk for working with our schedule and figuring out our tricky insurance too!

After a very horrendous dental experience. I was recommended to their other branch in Yuba City, However they were going to be closed for the timeline I was on. So, I opted to come here. I am so happy I did. DMD Gonzalez is so very mild mannered and great with nervous kids. My LO had a break down in his chair and he was so gentle with allowing her to get ready and work out her feelings. Once she calmed down he got to business STAT and was done FAST. They will be our new dental office for my kids.

I love this dental office. The staff is so friendly and always remembers us. They have always been on time and patient with my children if they ever get nervous during a cleaning or procedure. My kids look forward to going to the dentist to get a balloon and a toy after they put the yucky stuff on their teeth ( Fluoride). It's a wonderful experience for them and I think it's because of the great staff

Dr. Gonzalez has been incredible! We came over from another dentist and are so happy we made the switch. Everyone in the office has been so kind and sweet to myself and my 4 girls. Thank you Rocklin Kids Dentist!

I took my daughter here when she was 8 months old for her tongue and lip tie release. The staff is literally sooo friendly. They were so good with my daughter. I even drove 40 minutes to get here because of all the great things I've heard about them. I also took my daughter for her 1 year 1st dentist check up/ fluoride treatment. Again every time I've been here the staff is seriously the best. Obviously a 1 year old is not going to fully listen at the dentist but they were so kind and patient. I will continue to come back to this dentist because I know my daughter is in the best hands. The only downside is they don't accept her insurance but having such a great experience and dealing with the best people around makes it worth it. We all want the best for our kids. And they are the best.

Our baby had a tongue and lip tie and so we were recommended to a few Dentists for the frenectomy procedure. We decided to go to Dr Jude and I am so grateful we did. He is very knowledgeable, talented and yet very humble and kind. Absolutely loved our experience and the whole staff is incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend going to Rocklin Kids Dentist!

We have been going back to this dentist for a while now, they did such a great job with our infants tongue tie procedure. But our last visit was even more exceptional, the dental assistant Rachel, was so compassionate with our kids. She did such a wonderful job keeping it fun and walking them through the check up. So much so I felt the need to share our experience.

Dr Jude and his staff are wonderful. Scheduling is very easy - they are always accommodating. Dr Jude is great at explaining his process and what to expect. He has a calming presence. The office itself is always clean and tidy and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend!

We have had wonderful experiences at Rocklin Kids Dentist. I have two young children who are patients there and the staff has been so kind and helpful. They are great at explaining what they are doing so my children feel comfortable and relaxed. They do a great job all around!
