My first visit to Rockland Family Dentistry was great! The comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Chandri Mahajan was thorough and felt she did a wonderful job explaining my teeth and gums and the diagnosis for what my options were in treatment. Ronny Young the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was thorough and gentle and did an awesome job. Their pricing was fair and reasonable! Would definitely recommend this business for anyone looking for a dentist office! Five thumbs up! 3/28/22 Just had my second visit for a cleaning. My hygienist Amanda was gentle but thorough. Very pleased with the care I received. Another 5 star recommendation! 11/9/22 Husband went for bad tooth and was treated within a days time. Very professional and was happy with the diagnosis. Pricing was reasonable for the services done. Will update once final procedures are completed.

I'm Kalie and came into today to get a cleaning done and was a little anxious at first because it was my first time going there but literally EVERYONE was so nice and helpful.P.S. I think you guys need to check their qualifications because everyone that worked with me today looked like models .100% recommend

I am so happy I found Dr. Mahajan. She and her staff are the best.. Such care and patients with my anxiety having Dental procedures. They all make you feel well cared for.. I was really pleased the following day after my appointment, they called me to see how I was doing after my procedure..to me, that is about as careing as you can get from a Dental office. I would recommend Rockland Family Dentistry to all my friends and family if they are in need of a fantastic Dentist with a caring staff..

My wife and I moved to Rockland, from MA, one year ago and needed to find a good dentist, etc. We ultimately chose Rockland Family Dentistry. I had my first appointment yesterday and was 100 percent pleased. The Doctor was kind and gentle and very thorough. The dental assistant was also very nice and explained everything that was going to happen. To top all that off, the Dental Hygienist that cleaned my teeth was the best! Very cordial to the point of fun and not one little tinge or pain. All in all, I am very pleased and would recommend them to my children and their children.

I'm someone that has a very hard time with the dentist and the folks at RFD were very compassionate and understanding of this. I've had a lot of work done in the last few months and I couldn't have gotten though it all without them. I can't thank them enough.

Not the best dentist experience I've had. This practice overcharges, they talk down to you when you show hesitation to their prices and heavily push care credit. They also didn't address my gum health concerns that are now causing me wiggly bottom teeth. They didn't do a gum health check on me even though they knew about my diabetes and the fact that I was worried about my gum health.I went somewhere else before I had my second appointment here, but I was unimpressed with their attitude and neglect on issues I brought up from the start. Try mid coast family dentist instead. At least they heard my gum issues and wanted to immediately check them to see what can be done. Also, they brushed my teeth with my brand new tooth brush they gave me to send home....never had that happen before. like..straight up opened the new tooth brush, brushed my teeth with it, and put the toothbrush back in the packaging.... I feel like they could have cleaned my teeth better too. If I wanted a gentle tooth brushing, I could just do that at home...

Dr. Mahajan, Jen (D.A.), and the receptionist were all friendly during my consultation. Dr. Mahajan explained things to me well about the conditions of my teeth. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of them in the near future.

Ive been to a few dentists over the years but seeking out another after today seems foolhardy. Theres something comforting about the energy of Rockland Family Dentistry and Dr Mahindra has something special about her. She puts a lot of positive energy into her work and it really shows.. her staff are truly exceptional as well, each in their own right. Communication is direct and easy to understand. I find myself wishing I had a reason to go again over such a plesant experience, a welcome reprieve with the state of the world. Rockland Family Dentistry is truly remarkable be it cleaning (the best cleaning I have ever had hands down..) or fillings, they make sure its done right. Disclaimer: this is 100% opinion based on personal experience. I am not being paid or compensated for this, Im just showing some love where I feel credit is due. edit: apparently if you have a personal matter and cant make an appointment they charge a $45 cancellation fee even if you call to let them know less than 24 hours out. no reminder call a day before either, their call comes a week out.

They got in me very quickly. I explained my dental emergency and I had an appointment as new patient with in an hour.
