5 stars across the board! I rarely leave reviews but I had to leave a review for them because the care that I received was beyond 5 star. The front desk staff were so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Patricia helped me to be seen the same day because I went to a general dentist who couldn't help me because of the shape of the root of the tooth, and I was in extreme pain. My insurance wouldn't cover the procedure and I just knew that I was gonna have to pay a hefty penny to get the tooth out. Nope! It was so affordable! Now about Dr Bruksch (the dentist who manhandled that annoying tooth). He is the LEBRON JAMES of oral surgery! He and his assistant had that tooth out in 3 minutes! If you are searching for an oral surgeon, look no further. I would refer anyone to them because they are top notch!

All four wisdom teeth pulled today. Asked about recovery and was told we will talk when the procedure is done. Post op. Diddnt show me how to do anything that I was required to do after surgery. Even if they did, I wouldn't remember anything as I just woke from surgery. That is why I asked beforehand. Not happy with this experience. Push you in, push you out. Nobody cares anymore. All about money.

Dr. Matthew J. Bruksch and Jill his assistant did an absolutely wonderful job surgically removing all my upper teeth, highly recommended. My adult son who has autism had 2 molar teeth extracted here. Every single person who I delt with in this office had nothing but kindness, compassion and were all extremely professional. I would drive again from Chicago just because of the service we received here. I would give them 100 stars if I could....

My daughter had four wisdom teeth removed and Dr Rentschler and staff were both kind and courteous, they explained everything well. Would highly recommend.

I recently visited Rockford OMS for a consultation. I was pleased with the doctors and all of the staff. I've visited a couple of all-on-four implant centers before coming here and I did not get the good feeling I got coming here. I would recommend this business to anybody.

Dr. Rentschler and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and amazing. I remember nothing during the procedure as I was knocked OUT. I'm glad I went here for my wisdom teeth removal/coronectomy.

First off the dentist there are excelent, its just to bad the rest of the staff treats you like your a homeless low life!! The staff just cast a bad shadow for the excelent dentist. Will never go back again, if i want to be treated like a peice of garbage i will look for a cheaper place to go.

Very courteous and excellent service for dental patients. Dr. Bruksch is an excellent, highly skilled, and knowledgeable implant specialist with a great supporting staff. I definitely recommend him and Rockford OMS to whoever is looking for an excellent and affordable service, and long lasting smile.

My husband was referred to this office for removal of his wisdom teeth. We were SO pleased with our experience! The office was very clean, & modern. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind from the moment we scheduled the appointment to the check-in/check-out process. Cindy informed us ahead of time of the cost upfront we'd have to pay for the surgery. I was SO thankful she gave us a heads up so that we were prepared ahead of time! (Paying up front is NOT unusual for dental/oral surgery.) Dr Bruksch was the surgeon for my husband's case. He and his assistant Mackenzie were so pleasant, and explained everything in great detail. We never felt we were left in the dark about costs, risks, post-op, etc. We were fully informed about the entire process of the surgery and felt very safe about our decision in choosing this practice. My husband's case was a bit more complex than we had hoped for, and Dr Bruksch made sure he took the most conservative and safe approach to his surgery. To be HONEST, my insurance was out of network with this surgeon but I STILL chose to send my husband here because I'd rather have my husband in the hands of the best surgeons, than send him elsewhere. I wouldn't dare try another oral surgeon in Rockford or surrounding areas. We were that pleased with our experience here!

I have been very happy with OMS. We as a family have had a couple procedures done with Dr. Bruksch. My husband is about to have a big surgery with him and has felt very comfortable leading up to it. Thank you for caring for you patients!

This is a great place to go for your dental work! The people are very friendly and Dr.Rentschler is amazing, so is McKenzie!
