We have had a good transition from Dr. Bishop to Dr. Torello. Amy and Kumi were our familiar faces. They have always been gentle, thorough and professional. Dr Michael has already proven his competence to me. He listens to my concerns and explains the plan and options. Highly recommend them.

Excellent care! The doctor and the hygienists are great. The office works well on pre-authorizations and letting you know what your benefits will cover. For those who want to use it (that would be me) gas is available.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area and restroom because they were exceptionally decorated and comfortable. The doctor was nice, gentle and thorough which was nice to not have someone rough and pushy. I will keep this as my go to dental practice

Dr. Totello is my dentist and has always been professional, has a great personality and performs quality dental work. Hygienists and all staff are friendly and professional. The office is ALWAYS clean and welcoming. Overall,bi highly recommend Rocket City Dental for excellent service and timely appointments.

This clinic is fantastic! I had used Dr. Bishop for years and currently see Dr. Torello. Both the dentists and all of the hygienists are professional and personable. I have never had an issue in the 15+ years I've been a patient and would recommend them to anyone.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and Dr. Torello has put that anxiety to rest. 2 crowns and 2 fillings later and couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Torello is very gentle and professional. The same with his staff. I am so very pleased that I have found my dentist for a lifetime. Everything is state of the art... Look forward to getting Invisalign's soon... Rocket city dental rocks!

Just came home from having a temporary crown removed and a permanent one installed. 15 minutes after walking in the door I walked out with the new crown! It fit perfectly the first try! Very happy with Dr. Turello and his highly competent and pleasant staff! Will be back for all my dental work.
