Dr. Paul Rocke has introduced the Myobrace System in his Centennial Orthodontic practice. It is a system fromAustraliabased on over 20 years of experience in correcting orthodontic/orthopedic problems. The Myobrace appliances which make up this system have the proven dual function of correcting the oral habits that cause poor dental development (known as myofunctional habits), while also providing light forces to align the teeth into their natural position. This technique is now used by Dr. Paul Rocke in the southwest Denver area including Highlands Ranch, Centennial and Centennial.and Orthodontists. He is one of few in the metro area using this technology.
These appliances are designed to be used in-sequence to effectively train the tongue to position correctly in the upper jaw, retrain the oral musculature and exert light forces to align the teeth. Wearing a Myobrace appliance for one to two hours each day and overnight while sleeping, combined with a series of 'myofunctional exercises' (also known as the Trainer Activities) each day is all that is required in the treatment process. Fixed bracesare required for a short time to provide optimal alignment.

He didn't do a good job at all on my children's teeth. He created overbites and even tried to remove 2 visible teeth from my youngest. They all needed braces again and I took them to local dentists to get second opinions. They were shocked and decided to not refer patients to him.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Rocke! I have spent MANY hours at Dr. Rocke's office. I started the whole braces process when I was about 9 years old. I've had palate expanders, traditional braces and invisalign. Dr Rocke's staff are so friendly and caring. Dr. Rocke is so good at what he does, he makes the dreaded need for braces so much more bearable! I can't thank Dr. Rocke and his staff enough for my beautiful smile! Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their smile.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rocky for well over 15 years. As well as my Son, Daughter and my Wife. (My ortho was a tough one going into it as an adult my teeth were a mess and my treatment took about 30 or so months however they are still in great shape!) Since my son was back from college we decided to go in as a follow up just to see how he was doing and a quick follow up on our former treatment. As always Dr, Rocky was calm and cool and a true "Master of his trade/profession" as he looked at both of us, he was happy with the way everything looked and so we were off and continued our day. Thanks Doc, I can say without hesitation I have and will continue to refer anyone to you who needs orthodontics! ~Phil

Dr Paul Rocke is the best! He's the most generous, professional and fun Dr. My kids, now 27 & 32 went to him for retainers 15-20 ago. Every time they come home and need adjustments, he never charges them. The office is pleasantly decorated as well. Tell your friends and neighbors. Send your kids to him for teeth adjustments!

I am 21 and went to Dr. Rocke from age 12-15 for regular check ups. My teeth & jaw alignment took a lot of work, and it was nothing Dr. Rocke wasn't up to do. I visited him today after 9 years of having the same retainer to see if it needed to be replaced. It didn't, and he was so happy to see me! Whether your child is 12 and needs braces or if you are an adult, you will love Dr. Rocke and his politeness. I couldn't recommend him any more! We loved our experience with Dr Rocke! My 10 year old daughter had been feeling very nervous about getting braces, initially. Dr Rocke put her at ease upon our very first visit! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and terrific with kids. My daughters teeth are perfect now. We highly recommend Dr Rocke:)

I have three children and my oldest son sees Dr. Rocke for his braces. Dr. Rocke is warm, kind, approachable and an excellent orthodontist. He is skilled and advanced in his orthodontic profession. I am confident in his abilities to correct my son's teeth and my two other children will also get braces from Dr. Rocke. The office is also spic and span, which is very important to me!

On February 20th 2020 (before covid-19) Love the staff and dr. Rocke. They are really friendly and diligent! I was late to my appointment, yet Michelle was patient and understanding of my hectic schedule, so I really appreciated the wholesome environment where I am treated amiably. Dr. Rocke did my braces when I was a kid, and he still remembers me after 10+ years when I came in for new retainers. To me that shows that he cares and pays a lot of attention to his patients.

My teeth were straightened with braces as a teen and I wore my retainer only as long as the orthodontist recommended. My teeth became crowded/crooked again. My dentist gave me a very expensive estimate for Invisalign. I decided to do more research online. It was recommended that to get your teeth straightened, you should go to an orthodontist and not a dentist. Thankfully I decided to get a second estimate, Rocke Orthodontics was half the price! Dr. Rocke has a great location and very friendly office for both adults and teens. Best of all, I love my smile!
