Dr. Helfand and Rockaway Dental Center are a local, community practice. We work with local patients and their families as trusted dental and facial specialists, and always strive to provide the very best outcome possible with any treatment. Great experience! Love the office, set up creatively (super hero artwork and statues all over) spacious and clean! Dr. Helfand had a great solution for my problem that was painless quick and way more cost efficient than what I would have been offered elsewhere! Highly recommend!

Woke up one morning and looked like I had a softball in my right cheek. My tooth was infected and had to get an emergency root canal. I felt completely at ease with Dr Adam! He is a great guy and even greater dentist! I highly recommend. Even felt ZERO pain after novacaine wore off. Didn't even have to use the pain meds he prescribed me. AWESOME JOB DR ADAM!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Dr. Adam Helfand is extremely knowledgeable and capable of handling your dental problems. Support staff are professional and pleasant. Highly recommend for your dental needs.

This guy is a sadistic butcher. I was literally attacked with a novocaine needle when it took more than usual to get me numb. His assistant had a horrified look on her face through the whole ordeal. I felt bad that they have to deal with him on a daily basis. Not only do I wish I could give this cocky a-hole negative stars, but I also believe that he should have his dental license revoked.

I've been embarrassed by my stained teeth as long as I can remember. Dr.Helfand and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my consultation. I had read about veneers online and had many questions. Adam, as the doctor likes to be called, answered every question and had amazing before and after pictures of various procedures. I decided to go with Lumineer veneers, 8 on top and 6 on the bottom. The result was more than I ever hoped for! I've never smiled so much! A+++

I've never once in my 45yrs had a good experience at the dentist until now. Dr.Helfand and his staff made me comfortable right from the start. The office feels more like a museum than a scary dental office. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I look forward to completing my smile makeover with Dr.Helfand. It's been a painless pleasure!

Thank you Dr. Helfand and staff! I have been a patient there for several years and I have always had a great experience. Just recently I was in horrible pain, I called the office and they immediately accommodated me on the very same day. The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. Dr. Helfand took the time to evaluate and consult me and answered all of my questions. I was always terrified of the "dental chair", but the staff immediately welcomes you and assures you are in comfortable setting. Their #1 priority is excellant customer service and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of! Thank You as always Rockaway Dental!
