My wife had gone here and received work done twice. She had a follow up appointment schedule that she had to reschedule due to myself having a back procedure done. She was made to feel horrible by the receptionist, telling her the dentists time was so important and that rescheduling was a huge deal. Very disappointing that a patient needs to reschedule and is made to feel bad for doing so. I was just notified of my procedure today and my wife called to reschedule immediately, more than 24 hours notice. The person on the phone was mean, rude and demeaning. Not even satisfactory customer service.

Mixed bag, first time I went I got charged. I had to be the one to call blue Shield and get it sorted out. I really like the dental hygienist, she is great. But the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. My last visit I was told I would be having X-ray, no one mentioned this when I booked the appt. I told the receptionist I didn't have time for that, I was on a tight time line. Instead of " no problem , next time" I felt hassled. My experience has been the front desk of any dentist office can make you feel relaxed and welcome or absolutely turn you off.

Rockaway Dental Staff are all super helpful and reliable when it comes to cleaning my teeth. They are fast and give great advice while I am in the chair getting my teeth cleaned. Felisa the manager is kind and offered me a drink whilest I was waiting in the waiting room. Dr. Tseng, Jasmine, and Felisa are all kind. I also met someone who had the same name as me, her name is Arlene! She is the best. She made me felt comfortable and made me laugh the whole time I was there. Overall, I love the energy from all of them. As for their work. I give it a 12/10 for how good they clean and assist. Dr. Tseng made me feel comfortable. I had my cleaning and bridge replaced. It was painless. She did a great job. Arlene did well suctioning & polishing my teeth. They recommend treatment that you need. While also showing you pictures of your teeth with cavities. I will definitely recommend this office to all my family and friends.

My former dentist of 20 years stopped taking my insurance so I had to make a switch. Understandably, I was hesitant but I have been incredibly pleased with Rockaway Dental so far. I have a complicated dental history and I feel like I am in good hands. Thank you Rockaway Dental!
