Dr. Shea M. McCue completed is undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and Madison. He went on to graduate from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1998. Following dental school he enjoyed practicing general and cosmetic dentistry at two locations in Wisconsin, Madison and Belleville. During this time he found himself enjoying surgery more and more and decided to apply for a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
After acceptance to Temple University Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program in Philadelphia, PA, he moved his wife and three children to the east coast for the four year program. The intense residency included rotations in anesthesia, facial trauma and reconstruction as well as all types of oral surgery. During his Chief year, he enjoyed the facial trauma experience at level one trauma centers at Temple University Hospital and Cooper Hospital in New Jersey.
Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). All of our sterilization equipment is monitored and tested on a weekly basis.
