So the dentist was awful. He was rude to his assistant. And I have ptsd and anxiety, so I asked to take a break bc I had a panic attack and he started being rude to me. And basically said I was wasting his time. Wouldn't recommend

I've had extensive dental work done my whole life and Dr. Andrew Orr was the rudest dentist I've ever had. It has been years since I've had to get anything other than a cleaning done so I was having some anxiety during the procedure. At one point he had hit a sensitive spot on my tooth and I flinched. I know you are not supposed to, but it was reflex. Dr. Orr then proceeded to get frustrated with me and said he "doesn't know why I'm being like this" and that "I just need to calm down." It was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back. If you have any anxiety about the dentist, do not see Dr. Orr.

Went in yesterday having an issue with my dentures. While we couldn't solve everything right away, they seemed very compassionate and even understood when I almost started crying! Yes, teeth are that important and the fear of not being able to make the repairs. They totally understood and are trying to work with my insurance to figure out a plan. If you want compassionate, patient centered care, look no further!

DO NOT GO HERE!! They will overcharge you outside your insurance. Then hound you until you pay.

My hygienist always treat me with care and keeps my teeth cleaned and polished! I recommend RFD to everyone! Great team Dr. Orr has!

I would recommend Rock Family Dental they are really nice and take care of you really good and they make shore you don't feel when they pull your teeth

I have been to dentiststs all over the world (litterally) and this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Big shout out to Shelby for being so down to earth and friendly. I am changing my family dentist permanently.

They did an amazing job when they didn't fit they adjusted until they got them where they did perfect fit nice and snug would highly recommend these guys are amazing

Had a wonderful experience at Rock Family Dental! I needed to reschedule my 6 month cleaning appointment (due to my husband testing positive for Covid) at another office. They said they had no openings. I called several different offices with the same answer. When I called Rock Family in Springdale they were very helpful and found a way to get me in (in a short time window) so that I could get both cleanings in this calendar year. The hygienist was very friendly, professional and gentle as she cleaned my teeth! Dr Orr was very personable and willing to spend time with any questions or concerns! I already have that 2nd appointment made there even though there are other offices closer to my home. You won't be let down!

After moving to NWA, I had to get established with all new doctors. I started with those that were covered by my insurance and then went to the reviews. I'm doing so, I found Rock Family Dental, on Sunset. The staff was friendly, professional, and on time! They sanitized everything throughout my visit and were very knowledgeable. I hope you consider Rock Family Dental when choosing your new dentist. You won't be disappointed!
