My family and I have been going to this company for several years. Never until today have we been given such disgusting customer service. They've taken money from me all year through a discount plan, closed my location the week of my appointment, changed my appointment to a location 40minutes away with no notice until the morning of the appointment, weren't able to do the work, and are now making me jump through hoops for a refund. Not only that, when I explained this and asked for a refund, the receptionist became visibly irate while I tried to sort it out through supervisors.

Rock Family Dental is just that. It feels like family whenever I'm there. All of the support staff and the dentist are exemplary at their jobs with highly honed skills and professionalism. I've never been so comfortable in that chair before in my life!

I would recommend everyone to come here. My experience was pleasant and quick. My first visit to the dentist in Fayetteville was River Dentist and I had the Worst experience. The dentist just insulted me talking to his staff. Never Again. Rock Family Dental is the best!

The assistant who aided me was okay but Corey inboden the dentist was very about and rude then as they walked out of the room they started talking about me and he had a disgusted look on his face honestly I cried as I was leaving they make me feel as of I was dumb for even coming

I was very pleased with the experience. They were timely, they were good with my daughter and I like the fact that along with magazines, they had the Bible in the waiting room. Something I dont see very often. Very happy with our choice for a new dentist!

If you go here make sure that you have the office ladies or the medical billing person check what your insurance covers before your appointment! They neglected to do due diligence on checking my insurance and gave my son a panoramic X-Ray which is only allowed once a year and he already had his. So I got a bill in the mail having to pay for the cost that was not covered by my insurance for this specific kind of x-ray. This irritates me because I should not have to inform my dentist what is or is not covered. It is their job to know what is covered before I even go into for my appointment. It is not good business practice to just do whatever you think is right, charge the insurance and then have the patient responsible for whatever is not covered. You are supposed to make your patients comfortable and not stressed out by knowing what is going to be covered or not covered and communicating that with them so that they know whether or not they want that service. I know what my benefits are and I know what is covered and not covered but it would have been nice if the office had told me that they wanted to do the X-ray before they did it so that I could tell them it was not going to be covered. I want to preface, that the hygienist did do a wonderful job and was polite and friendly.

Dr. Inboden is CNN perhaps the best I've ever had. He was very empathic and made me very comfortable. Brooklyn was great and very knowledgeable about the process.

We are new to the community and didn't know any of the dentist. So we took a chance on Rock Dental. We were pleasantly surprised and had a very good experience while there We would recommend them to any of our friends.

Entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the girl talk with the ladies both times I came in. Got seen first thing when they opened and got in for a filling the same day and was out in 20 minutes. Wonderful wonderful staff. I highly recommend.

Have been going here for over a year now for cleanings and exams. Today is first time I needed emergency treatment. Staff and Dentist are always pleasant. Will not be going anywhere else.
