Dr Cha received his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Upon graduating, he joined and completed GPR program at Westchester Medical Center for advanced training in general dentistry and implant dentistry. Dr Cha also completed a prestigious 2 year Implant fellowship program from NYU College of Dentistry. Since completion of the program he was invited to remain in the program as a clinical associate and later became a clinical assistant professor. Dr Cha is a member and fellow of The International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a member of American Dental Association.

Doctor Cha is the best around, he is very professional with a down to earth personality.. he took the time to listen and answer any questions I had without rushing me or making me feel stupid for asking. I had a lot of work done recently and I couldn't be happier with the results. Him and his entire staff including melissa and Ashley make you feel welcome, I highly recommend this office

Dr. Cha and the staff is absolutely wonderful. By far, best dental experience I've had in my life. I had to get a root canal which I hate but Dr. Cha was gentle, compassionate, professional and caring. I think I fell asleep for like a minute. He kept making sure I was doing ok. What I really like was, he is very calm and he explains what the issue is by showing me the X-ray and gave me different options of treatment. I drove 45 minutes from bayside because I was recommended by a friend but it's definitely worth the trip. Thank you for squeezing me in the schedule last minute because I was in pain. Rock dental care Rocks!!

The whole staff here is fantastic! I'm terrified of the dentist and this was such a pleasant experience. Yelixa was so gentle with the cleaning and my teeth have never felt cleaner. Thank you to the whole staff for making my husband and I feel so comfortable. See you in 6 months

In the past I've only visited the dentist when I've had an emergency. This is because I've had plenty of bad experiences with other dentists and hygienist which has caused me to develop a fear. Dr. Cha & his staff have changed that for me. First I'd like to say that he added to my daughter's already beautiful smile by taking care of a cosmetic issue that caused her to have low self esteem. After seeing how he and his staff treated her, the great results, and the reasonable price he charged me, I decided that he was going to be the new family dentist. Hats off to Dr. Cha and his staff for professionally treating my emergency root canal during the pandemic and getting me out of horrible pain. To sum it up, if you are looking for a dentist that has a great staff, shows compassion and professionalism, has a very clean practice, and won't rip you off, give Rock Dental a try. Thank you Dr. Cha, Theresa, Ashley, Melissa, & Yelixa!!

Dr. Cha is by far one of the best Dentist's I've been to. Dr. Cha was nice and seemed caring, however when attempting to perform a root canal he could not hit the nerves with the novacaine. After multiple attempts he said he could "not legally give me any more novacaine" and instead put a temporary filling in the hole he had begun drilling. I had previously had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted with just novacaine, without issue. So I'm not sure what the problem was or why he couldn't properly anesthesize me with the novacaine. I chose not to return after that failed appointment. Not sure if it was him or if I've become a sudden medical mystery.

In my experience, Dr. Cha is professional, genuine, and knowledgeable in his expertise...the staff were very welcoming and pleasant to deal with...I love going to him because I have very sensitive teeth but I can totally rely on Dr. Cha...he is very empathetic towards his patients! He just gets it~
