I have never been to a more accommodating dental office before! Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly - I really appreciated the help watching my little one while I was being seen. THANK YOU so much for the wonderful experience, I highly recommend this office!!

I need an emergency repair to a chipped tooth and my regular dentist dropped my insurance. Luckily, Rock Canyon Dental was able to fit me into their schedule. Friendly staff, prompt service and a clean environment. I will be going back again!

I had excellent and efficient care at Rock Canyon Dental in Highlands Ranch. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Thompson and the Dental Hygienist were amazing. They were very professional, knowledgeable. The office Manager took care of my insurance/ billing to my satisfaction. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

BEWARE AND DON'T GO!! I wish I could give them a '0'. The latest update is the practice opened again about a week ago with a new dentist. The new dentist could be perfectly nice and competent. They have had some great docs in the past like Dr. Le (lots of great comments here). BUT - stay away or you could end up in a billing nightmare like our family. Also, they have revolving door dentists. We never had issues with it until 2019. We are also patients with the practice for 10 years. Starting in late 2019 and through the pandemic - bills were not being sent to insurance. I could write a book here. I have been working with the billing folks for 2 years now to get them to actually bill for our services, 4 family members . We have 2 dental insurance plans. We paid for 2 so that our services were mostly covered in full. Over 100 emails later, some results on claims filed but NO reimbursements. They weren't billing insurance for most of our services during COVID and when they did - the one year 'timely' billing deadline passed and we would get claims that said 'no patient responsibility.' If they bill late the patient isn't supposed to be billed. There would be no way for us to know our 'patient responsibility.' Unfortunately, they asked for payment for services up front. They requested the full amount for my daughter's braces based on the insurance we had at the time, day one. Rock Canyon kept our payment in full and all insurance reimbursements. My records show we are owed thousands. They recently sent us to collections for my mouth guard that they never submitted to my secondary insurance, even with our account having a cash balance. So Sad, we loved this practice. I will file complaints with the state. Please proceed with caution.

Rock Canyon is always so friendly and professional. Most people don't love going to the dentist, but this place makes it a walk in the park.

I have gone here for five years. Every time I go, there is a new dentist. I had X-rays done 4 weeks ago, on a day that the dentist "had an emergency". I still do not have the results of the X-rays and it has been over 4 weeks. I have left numerous messages. Twice, the receptionist said there was something concerning and the dentist would leave the details on my VM. This never happened. I will not go back and hope that I can get a copy of the X-rays.

Continuously disappointed in the customer service here. It has gone downhill since the change in personnel in 2020. Every time I call I get a different answer to my question, or I am told I will get a call back and never get a call back. I also am put on hold for upwards of ten minutes at a time. I would not recommend this dental office.

Dentist Treated me horrible. Very Rude. I cried after I left the office.
