The dental home is an ongoing relationship between our dental office and our patients to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. Dental caries, periodontal diseases, and other oral conditions, if left untreated, can lead to pain, infection, emotional trauma and loss of function. This being the case, we follow the recommendation of the AAPD to establish a dental home for all children no later than the age of 12 months.

Dr. Kelly strives to maintain the optimal dental home for all Rochester Pediatric Dentistry patients and thus, subscribes to the vigorous standards necessary to maintain Diplomate status and board-certification with AAPD.

This was the most amazing experience at the dentist that i have ever seen a child have. The staff are amazing and very good at distracting during the procedures. They are attentive, kind, personable, fun and informative. My daughter had two teeth pulled and crowns put on in one visit and didn't hesitate to go back the second visit. That says a lot on how comfortable she felt while in their care. They told her endless times how brave she was and gave her multiple prizes and even her own tshirt! In her favorite color none the less. The environment is so kid friendly with tvs on the ceiling, games to play in the lobby and they even had her favorite movie waiting for her when she got back in the seat for the second appointment. With covid, we hadn't been to the dentist in over a year and she had multiple cavities but never once did i feel judged or made to feel guilty for the shape her teeth were in. I loved the way they described everything to her as it was being done but in kid friendly terms. Her teeth were learning how to dance, they were checking for the colors of the sugar bugs and even had her laughing during the extensive procedure. I highly recommend this place. You can find good dentists at a lot of places but it's hard to find great customer service. Job well done!!!

My son loves this dentist, and I love it too. Went in there today for his appointment. They took him in early and finished up quickly. They were very busy with lots of customers but everyone was helpful and smiling! I can't imagine they were not stressed out with all the people coming and going, but you couldn't tell. He has struggled with going to lots of dentists, but loves this place. Friendly happy staff who are good with kids! It is an hour drive for me to get here and we will never go anywhere else

They were very good with getting my child fit in their schedule very quickly, when we got there my son didn't feel nervous at all! It was very welcoming and everyone was very nice! The workers there all took their time in handling my son and talked everything through with me and HIM step by step! At the end they gave us multiple treatment options for his future care which was nice ! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone's children !
