I highly recommended Dr. Thomas. I needed to get an appointment asap for a root canal as I was going out of town. I called on a Wednesday and Dr. Thomas fit me in Thursday for X-rays to confirm it was needed and came in early on Friday morning to do the root canal. He explained step by step what was evolved. He is very detailed oriented and takes his time to do a very thorough job. His staff is very professional and friendly.

Dr Thomas is amazing! He listened to my concerns, offered me options and demonstrated a level of caring and compassion I've never experienced before. And all that aside, he did a great job!

I was in the worst pain possible. Dr Thomas was able to take me in quickly and took such great care of me! I have never in my life experienced this! I had a root canal done. I was terrified what would happen to me. After meeting Dr Thomas, I was much more calm. I loved how he explained what he was during, what he was doing during the procedure, and what would happen after the procedure. I will never forget Dr Thomas and the great work he did for me. God bless Dr Thomas!

My expierience with Dr Thomas was outstanding. He took his time and expertise to safe my tooth. Very knowledgeable and has a gentle touch. What I like the most was that he explained the procedure step by step and answered all my questions. Thank you Dr Thomas .

If I could give this practice 6 stars I would. I started seeing Dr. Thomas about ten years ago. I have since been seeing Dr. Thietten. Both Doctors have been extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their #1 goal is to help their clients in the most effective and cost efficient ways. I also have been seeing my dental hygienst Amanda for many years as well. Again Amanda has been nothing but professional and her top concern is to help her clients. Terry, the front desk receptionist has always been very helpful with insurance payments and setting up appointments. She has no problem finding a date and time that works with your schedule. A+ practice.

Me and my wife started going to Rochester Hills Family Dentistry this year and we have no complaints so far. Both Dr. Thomas and Dr. Thietten are very good, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Thomas did my root canal and retreat the previous root canal, both procedures went well and done carefully with very little pain and to the perfection. Dr. Thomas provides the complete procedure details at the starting which helps you during surgery. Other support staff is also professional, efficient and try to do their best to help you including Receptionist Terry who is very kind, helpful and warmhearted. I definitely recommend this Dentistry to anyone looking for any type of dental work.

Absolutely wonderful. I have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years. I have never had a bad experience in all that time. They are thorough, gentle, and extremely well trained. If you are nervous about going to the dentist this is the place to come.

I have been a patient of Rochester Hills Family Dentistry for 33 years with Dr. Thomas and his father before him (since retired). Dr. Thomas is the gentlest, best dentist I have ever had! He explains everything in great detail and his equipment is state-of-the-art. He strives for perfection in all his dental work. Doctor Thomas' staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing any type of dental work.

The doctors and staff here are incredible! I was having unbearable tooth pain. The front desk attendants completely understood and got me in as quickly as possible. When I arrived, it was immaculately clean. I noticed everyone was smiling behind their masks, which helped to lift my spirits. They were gentle and thoughtful in their explanations. I didn't feel the injection at all and Dr. Thomas performed a beautiful root canal. Thank you Rochester Hills Family Dentistry!

Dr Thomas has bone a couple of root canal's for me And for something that no one looks forward to having done it was a very positive experience. Everyone at the office was very friendly and I would definitely recommend the office to family and friends

We have been going here since 1989 when Dr. Thomas's dad ran the practice. He was a hoot! So fun to talk to! My brother, 3 sisters, mom, dad and nephews also started going after hearing our great experiences. It's an actual family neighborhood small business that actually feels like a neighbor. Not only did Dr. Thietten save my tooth from needing a crown when I was there to get one, lots of money and my tooth saved, he jumped my car when I discovered it dead after our appointment. These guys are the best. Do yourself a favor, go here, it's like visiting your neighbor but your teeth are cleaned or healed when you're done.

I've been going here for 35 years! They're great. I have been going to Rochester Hills Family Dentistry since I moved to Rochester Hills. All of my family went there as well. I have continued to go there because I always get great friendly service, both on the actual dentistry services (cleaning, exams, fillings, etc.) and the scheduling and billing. They are almost like family after all these years! They have changed a lot in those years as they keep up with the latest dental technology. Of course, the office is always neat and clean. When I retired I had to get new dental insurance. The office staff was a great help to me to figure out the best option for me.

This office has been a pleasure to work with. Our company, Strategic Dental Staffing Solutions have serviced this client for some of their temporary staffing needs. This offices employees are very professional, especially their Office Manager Melissa. Our dental temporary staffing employees have advised their covid-19 policies are very efficient and their care for their patients, as well as their employees, is superb. I have been going to Rochester Hills Family Dentistry for mare years that I want to count. I graduated from High School with the owner Dr. James Thomas. It has been such a great experience knowing that I have a trusted team of dental personals to help me thru issues like heart disease and cancer. They have always been attentive to ALL my needs immediately. Now the practice is passed on to James P and Jeremy to continue the great service I have always experienced. I would strongly suggest you try Rochester Hills Family Dentistry for all you dental needs. You will not be disappointed.
