From start to finish my experience with Rochester Endodontics was great! I called in with severe tooth pain and a wonderful Scheduling and Insurance Coordinator took my call. She let me know they had availability that same day. I was greeted warmly and given clear instructions about how my appointment would go. During the appointment Dr. Gray was great at explaining the different options I had and also how the root canal procedure would go. Considering the situation, the experience was pleasant and reassuring. I highly recomment Rochester Endodontics!

From the office to the dental seat it was an amazing experience. Why? I am terrified of the dentist! I was in so much pain thinking maybe if I wait it out it'll go away. Well enough was enough today. I called in the morning, got in right away. I ended up needing a root canal, and I was deathly afraid of getting one done, as I'm someone who can't get numbed very easily, she got me numb throughout the whole thing! The worst part was getting numb and even that wasn't that bad.. ide highly recommend them to anyone! I wasn't in any pain throughout the procedure at all! Thank you Dr. Zaibak I can finally sleep without radiating pain!

I was referred here by my dentist to check on the viability of a root canal for a cracked molar. Dr. Gray was very reassuring and explained the procedure very well. Initially, when I called to schedule, their appts were going out a month. I was in a lot of pain because of an infection associated with the fracture in the tooth. The desk staff were wonderfully empathetic and worked to find an appt for me that week. Once the procedure was performed 2 weeks later (I had it done under sedation, which explains this delay), the whole process was an experience that couldn't have gone any better. Everyone I encountered in this office during both trips to see them were so friendly and compassionate, which helped me to be as relaxed as I could be under the circumstances. I would definitely recommend Rochester Endodontics to anyone needing this dental work.

This group of people were amazing!!! From walking in the front door to the completion of the root canal - complete professionalism and concern for me as a patient. I have had little dental work done and was quite worried before the procedure. Not only was the procedure less painful than I thought it would be, but it was also much quicker!! It wasn't until the root canal was done that I realized how much pain I was really in. Should I have to have any other work done, I definitely won't wait so long.

Dr. Zaibak and the team of Rochester Endodontics are absolutely fabulous! This was my first Root Canal and they were extremely helpful with any questions I had. They made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure, which wasn't nearly as painful as I was expecting! I highly recommend using this location for your specialty dental needs. I've had two Root Canals addressed at Rochester Endodontics. It's a good feeling leaving the office knowing that it was done right. Highly Recommended they're courteous and staff is personable, fun to talk with. They're good at what they do and use new advanced technology like 3-D imaging for the work you're getting done instead of the 2-D imaging you receive with normal dental X-rays. Doctor Gray is the best dentist Ever. Period.

I had a double root canal procedure, and to my surprise, aside from the novocaine; it was absolutely painless. Like zero.. No pain!!! This is a huge deal for me, as I have severe dental anxiety. DR. Grey and his assistants were very understanding of my anxiety, and excellent at communicators during the procedure. Very calm environment. And for the first time in my life I actually got numbed!! They equipment they have is current and high quality. This location does provide orbital and standard x-rays. Good views of the river. Procedure skill for all staff is very VERY high! Pricing was average Waiting room is standard with a Tuscan furniture theme and comfortable chairs throughout. There is free wifi and there was freechapstick on the way out. There is no TV All in all a very pleasant experience.

Had a root canal done, these folks are top notch and professional, they made me feel so comfortable, I almost took a nap during the procedure. They have a very streamlined process for taking care of what they specialize in!

I would highly recomend Rochester Endodontics to anyone!! I was very nervous about getting a root canal and they were efficient and comforting and kind from the minute I walked in until the minute I left. The experience was pain-free and took less than an hour. Dr.Gray took time to talk and answer any questions I had.

Rochester Endodontics had an opening the day after my dentist referred me. I was able to get a root canal before leaving for a 10-day vacation, which would have been miserable if I had waited until I returned. Am thankful to Dr. Gray and his assistant for making this a painless procedure.

I had my first root canal here this past week and I was able to get in the same day my dentist called. I had a million questions and they answered each of them and talked me through the entire process. Highly recommend! Amazing and helpful staff!

The entire staff at Rochester Endodontics was very professional and helpful. I was having a lot of pain and they were able to my consult and procedure the same day. Dr. Zaibak was so patient and did a great job explaining everything to me. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

10/10 would get work done here again. I was super nervous because I'm 35 weeks pregnant and being referred out by my normal dentist wasn't really the way I wanted to go, but I'm so glad I did. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. They were very up front about cost from the beginning and they didn't go over the estimate that was provided. Payment is due at time of service, but they file with your insurance company on your behalf so you don't have too. Loved my doctor and her assistants. She was super down to earth and easy to talk to. She made me feel very at ease about the procedure and communicated with me the entire time. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! I have severe anxiety related to dental work and I cannot say enough positives about Dr. Gray and his team of professionals. If I ever need Endodontic work again...I will definitely return! Professional from the first step into the door throughout the entire process, not to mention pretty pain free! 5 Star Service!!

I was so pleased with the care I received from Dr. Gray and his team. A visit to an endodontist could be considered a less than "enjoyable" experience, but I deeply appreciated the attention to my situation, thoughtful evaluation and excellent care. The staff at Rochester Endodontics were incredibly warm, and did wonderful work on my root canal. I felt no pain through the entire procedure. The experience was so much more bearable than I had imagined, leaving my fears unfounded.

Rochester Endodontics treats you right! They were very understanding and most important, patient. I am an adult baby when it comes to dental work, sorry! Procedure went smoothly and I was well informed every step of the way. Dr. Gray and his staff are awesome! I even got a kids pen for good behavior (ie. sense of humor was bonus)! In addition to the great service and patient care, Rochester Endodontics bills insurance direct. You don't need financial stress on top of physical stress do you!? You will only need to pay the co-pay up front. Thank you again Dr. Gray and Rochester Endodontics!!! -Bernie.

I'm only rating Dr. Gray and his staff 5 stars because that is the max allowed. However I feel the entire office deserves 10 stars, I absolutely dread going to the dentist but the entire staff makes the visit very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Gray and staff!

My 8 year-old daughter had a great experience receiving a root canal with Dr. Zaibak today. She can be quoted saying "It was so fun!" The doctor and assistant gave her explanations every step of the way. Jodie explains the charges thoroughly. We are glad we chose Rochester Endodontics.
