On 10/20/22 I had a root canal performed by Dr. Dow. I have had enough of these to know what to expect. Through conversation I asked the Dr. why he had decided to go into this line of work. He informed me that both he and his partner had practiced as dentist prior to enhancing to Endodontist. This meant a was getting the skill of two experienced fields of dentistry, and it showed. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions regardless of the extra time it may have taken to do so. Given instructions for after care and contacted the next day to inquire on my condition. I cannot say enough about what wonderful service I received. The entire office staff was efficient, friendly and kind. My procedure was completed in one visit, no pain during or after. I know I was in the most capable hands and thank both Dr. Dow and his staff for it.

Very positive experience. Dr. Dow is professional, knowledgeable & skilled. He is thorough, gentle & kind. His staff is also very kind & helpful. I would not hesitate to use this office at a future time if I was in need of Rx. Keep up the good work.

5stars from Mrs Roger powers. I went in scared to death and came out with a big smile on my face. Dr. Saisselin was wonderful-he was so focused and understanding. Now I have NO pain! Everyone there was so nice-I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs endodontic treatment!

Highly recommended. Needed a root canal while I was out of town on a trip. These folks were able to fit me in on short notice and save my vacation. Dr Dow was awesome!

Excellent experience start to finish. Courteous & efficient staff. Procedures were pain free (not counting the injections). Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing endodontic treatment.

Would highly recommend! Took my 12yo daughter here for what is probably a standard procedure but was not standard for us. They were kind, professional and proficient. Donna and Dr. Dow took the time to talk to me to help me understand what would happen as well as calm my nerves prior to our visit. The process was explained thoroughly to us at our appointment and much effort was made to make the experience a good one for my daughter. Much appreciated!

I just had two root canals done by Dr Saisselin and Heather. It was a great experience from the moment I was referred to his office. I was booked for an appointment only 4 days after calling and even though I needed two teeth worked on, Dr. Saisselin was able to get both done in the same appointment. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly. Dolores and Donna made the insurance, check-in and post-op process quick and simple. The procedure itself could not have gone smoother. Both teeth were done in under 90 minutes with no pain whatsoever. Even the anesthetic barely hurt. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. Saisselin and the rest of the Rochester Endodontics staff helped restore my trust and comfort in going to the dentist.

I am a nervous dental patient but the staff at Rochester Endodontics made it hard to be one. I had a great experience with Dr. Dow and his assistant Christine. Plus zero pain (other than the normal tenderness) once the Novocain wore off!

Root canals (by their very name...) are not ever fun but Dr Dow and his team (Larisa) make them a very easy process with no pain. Highly recommend going to him for any endodontic needs. He is excellent !

Would never think that getting a root canal would be a great experience but Dr. Saisselin made it one. He was awesome at giving me novocaine and I had ZERO pain/soreness the following day. Heather was the assistant and was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I sat in the chair. Even both of the receptionists were extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. Thank you, everyone!!

After finding out I was in need of having a poorly done root canal from years ago corrected, I was referred here by my wonderful dentist over at Elmwood Dental, a practice I can't say enough good things about. I have to say my experience was quite amazing here. If I need more root canal work in the future it will definitely be done here. Both Dr. Saisselin and his assistant, Heather did a wonderful job making it a comfortable experience for me. They asked what kind or music I wanted to listen to which I have never seen anyone do before. It was quick and efficient and professional. Donna at the front desk is also a joy to talk to. Thanks so much for making it quick and painless and for being able to fix the issue!

Dr.Dow and Larisa made me feel so relaxed even though I had a root canal. The office is so nice , not just because of all of the updated equipment but the staff that works there were so friendly . I would highly recommend this office and Dr.Dow

I had my first root canal today and could not be happier with how ALL the staff treated me. Dr. Dow was very thorough in confirming the diagnosis made at my primary general dental office. Dr. Dow & Larisa were efficient and very attentive during the surgery. Donna was able to get me scheduled within a week of when I was told I needed a root canal. If you need a root canal this office is top notch!

Dr. Kyle Saisselin performed a painless successful root canal procedure on my abscessed molar, saving my tooth. I was a little nervous going into the procedure but had great confidence in Dr. Saisselin as he came highly recommended by my husband who had a good experience and successful root canal by Dr. Saisselin years earlier. Then on the day of my root canal, Dr. Saisselin's calm kind attentive dementor completely eased my mind as he began his amazingly painless procedure on me- where I did not even feel the Novocain injection! Throughout my root canal, Dr. Saisselin and his dental assistant, Heather, worked calmly, attentively, and efficiently, making me so relaxed that before I knew it the procedure was successfully over. I am so grateful for Dr. Saisselin's gentle care and skills, which saved my tooth. I hope sharing my positive experience will be not only an encouragement to Dr. Saisselin/staff but to others who are seeking a root canal with Dr. Saisselin as he truly is a wonderful and phenomenal endodontist, and his supporting staff is outstanding!
