Went here for the first time and the entire staff was great. My hygienist Gretchen was so knowledgeable and gave me really good recommendations for my dental health!! :)

Worst cleaning EVER! Then dentist came in and after telling her my concerns she got up and began to exit the room before even looking at my teeth or xrays! Duh! They were supposed to contact me for a return appointment for Invisaligners and months later I still have not heard from them. My poor insurance company had to pay for this quackery. Just scandalous!

They really care about your overall dental health here and are not pushy on expensive procedures. Was told that if I had received braces at my previous dentist it would have ruined my teeth, Dr. Matt recommended invisalign but said it wasn't immediately necessary and could wait until a better time. They really investigate and find other solutions before recommending an expensive procedure.

Dr Merfeld and Dental Assistant Tammy went above and beyond to help me with an unforeseen dental procedure including staying overtime to take care of my problem. They were both professional and compassionate, explaining the procedure and helping me through the process. I am grateful to them both for their care and would highly recommend their services

I'm new to the area and needed emergency dental work. The Rochester Dental Clinic got me in right away and took care of my problem that same day. It was very professional and totally pain-free. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr.Merfeld and staff are the best! They make you feel comfortable and are always glad to see you. The do great work and sincerely care about your health. I trust them implicitly with my dental needs. I recommend them to anyone!

This is an awesome place! Staff is friendly and professional. Dentists are top notch! I hate going to the dentist but if you have to go , and we all have to go at some point, this is the place to go. They will take care of you and will not push needless tests or procedures. Always great care with kindness and professionalism. Excellent , skilled dentistry. Highly recommended!

I have been dying to write a review about this place! Not only do I have the best dentist I have ever let work on my teeth, but they have incredible staff! From the moment I walk into to the office to when I leave I feel valued, I don't feel like just a number or dollar signs. The staff know me by name and says good morning with smiles every time. I see Dr. Merfeld, he really makes me feel at ease. At first I was all nerves... I haven't had the best experience with dentist. He is very sensitive to my feelings and really makes sure I'm ok during any procedures. It's nice to have a dentist I whole heartedly trust now. On top of all of that... he does amazing work! He has brought my confidence back. I wish I knew the lady's name that helped him today... she is as equally amazing as he is! Love love love this place and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist. Oh... and you may even get a few good laughs in while there.
