T he Primary Health Network (PHN) began with one small community health center site in the Shenango Valley, in 1984, with a central focus on providing the highest quality of care to the people we serve. Since our inception in 1984, The Primary Health Network, a private, non-profit organization, has worked with local communities to develop and implement a new model of health care: the Community Health Center.
After over 38 years of service, PHN has grown to become the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania and one of the largest in the nation. Currently, we staff over 150 physicians, dentists, physician assistants, certified nurse practitioners, and other health professionals. Our support staff includes over 450 employees, as well. Last year, we reached over 75,000 patients through health, educational, and enabling services.
Our country's future healthcare system will present new challenges and opportunities for growth. The Primary Health Network stands ready to meet the healthcare needs of all residents in the communities we serve, and we will continue to look to the future, as we continue to provide quality healthcare.

Really really happy with this dentist! Dr. Saba is amazing, I had a bad experience at my past dentist, and I feel comfortable here. The assistants/nurses are very nice as well. They always ask if I'm okay. I recommend

I had a dental emergency and I was taking as a new patient,when no other dentist office that I called would help me . Dr.Saba call me back in less than hour after I called the office and did a phone appointment . Started me on medications and seen me the next day. Dr.Saba and his staff are extremely nice and caring. I definitely found a new dentist .

The dentist as well as the dental assistant were phenomenal at their jobs. Not only were they extremely pleasant but they did an incredible job on my teeth!!.

Absolutely fantastic I was a little nervous at first but Dr. Saba made me feel so calm and did great work quickly and efficiently. Scheduling an appointment is also very easy and stress free. Marissa was the EFDA assisting Dr. Saba and was so bubbly and funny. Would highly recommend !!

First the receptionist told me that I would be getting my teeth cleaned when I came in. When I got there the dentist only saw me and they said they would do my cleaning next time (a month later). Only for it to be rescheduled two weeks later. My cleaning was the worst experience I have had. The lady was rude. Spent maybe 12 minutes on my teeth and tortured my gums. I've been going to the dentist since I was a kid and never once had my mouth bled during the entire cleaning. It's still bleeding now and my cleaning was finished 15 minutes ago. I would never recommend going here.

I thought it was weird that the dentist didn't look thoroughly into my teeth or even use a pick, he literally looked at my teeth with a mirror and said that spot there is a cavity.. 2nd time I came (wanted to give it a 2nd chance) my cleaning was horrible, lady was very rude and didn't go into detail about anything (educating, etc.) She didn't even polish all of my teeth.. the cleaning took like 10 minutes! Receptionist is super nice though.. I wouldn't waste your time here.

Love dr.Saba, the stuff changes due to the other office so sometimes you'll get the one who doesn't seem to like what she does but most of the time the ladies are super nice

Dr. Saba and his staff are exceptional. Randy, my brother with some special needs was treated delicately and at such a helpful level to Randy, he was truly more at ease than I expected. You can certainly tell all of the folks in this new office are on top of their game making folks feel truly at ease, and certainly do their work in such a way, the patient knows exactly each step before any step moves forward! Would recommend over and over again, to every one. Especially folks that need that extra TLC.. Thank you Dr. Saba and everyone in the office there! Randy and Dave
