Always loved the staff for myself but the last few times we've gone here it's been less than great. Son needed an emergency appt and we were seen by the dental hygienist who was amazing, but we were told by the dentist that he couldn't be helped and needed to go elsewhere and the dentist didn't even look at him. The dentist never wants to treat young kids, wouldn't allow ours to be seen until he was three years old and then were always referred to a pediatric dentist who we see now. If young kids have dental anxiety they won't be treated here and it only makes the fear worse. My son was in severe pain and asked that we never go back which I quickly obliged. Turns out he had two molars coming in, along with cavities. Great for adults but not great for young kids.

I was looking for a new dentist and chose this one for being nearby and was impressed with their website. No regrets. I immediately felt comfortable upon my 1st visit. The atmosphere felt light and airy and my hygienist was great. The dentist, Caitlin, was very capable and welcoming. After my favorite dentist, Dr Van Osdol, retired...wasn't sure I'd find another as good. I believe this dentist and her staff is an excellent replacement. I look forward to continuing my dental care with Dr Caitlin Rich and her staff.

I was looking for a new dentist and chose this one for being nearby and was impressed with their website. No regrets. I immediately felt comfortable upon my 1st visit. The atmosphere felt light and airy and my hygienist was great. The dentist, Caitlin, was very capable and welcoming. After my favorite dentist, Dr Van Osdol, retired...wasn't sure I'd find another as good. I believe this dentist and her staff is an excellent replacement. Dr. Rich is extremely talented and knowledge and takes the time to get to know you. Her and her staff are the best!

I wouldn't go anywhere else! My son is petrified of the dentist, (as I was at his age) yet they had him laughing and joking with them while they worked their magic! They are THE best!!!
