Visited only 2 times, one in 2019 and 2022. Both times I told the dentist to help me alleviate the pain and on the 2nd time told me to visit his referred dentist. Attempted to call a few times over the recent weeks due to a miscommunication in services provided by the secondary dentist and insurance matters, but no response, even after leaving voice call messages. I recommend not going to this dentistry, due to the fact of quick, but low quality dental care. He left my tooth hollowed, but did not put in any filling as required or even mentioned to me directly back then.

Called to schedule an appointment was on hold for over an hour! The young lady at the desk who finally answered when I called on another line was nasty and rude. The name she gave me was Maria. This is unbelievably unprofessional and highly unacceptable. I will never recommend this location. Ever!

My experience was really unprofessional. I had my insurance approval and everything was covered but still they asked me to pay out from my pocket. He said it's gonna be a couple of thousand dollars...

This place is the worst. When your in pain they wait for the last minute to tell you the insurance doesn't cover certain things and you have to pay out of pocket.Their prices are ridiculous and then they encourage you to take a credit care plan to pay for the procedure. The place looks shabby and run down don't waste your time going there.ZERO STAR RATING.

So after reading reviews i see "wait time" is an issue. The office is small so that's typical. Okay anyways knowing what i know.i got up super early and got there by 9am although they open at 10 I was willing to wait outside but luckily the receptionist was already there. She did my paperwork in 5 minutes, and gave me an xray. The only waiting i had to do was for the dentist to arrive. The dentist (surgeon) dr rottenburg was very gentle with me. He explained all my options for today and for my teeth in the future. He offered extra medications (at an additional cost, of course) to make me more comfortable with the procedure (5 teeth extraction-ouch..yes) when it was over i sat for a while , and my meds were sent to the pharmacy right up stairs from them. I pray i never have to get another tooth extracted but I would definitely recommend this office... JUST GO SUPER EARLY. Note : my gums are swollen, cut (with stiches) and bleeding just like some other people said... but if youve done research on the procedure all those things CAN HAPPEN. They have to cut the gum to get the full tooth out. Its not the end of the world. Edit - Initially i gave this office 5 stars and i must edit my review for charges. I have insurance that covered my entire procedure. They charged me 375 for sedation and medicine. They said my insurance wouldnt cover the sedation. I have a print out from my insurance saying everything was covered. I will be disputing every charge... these people are scammers More to add... its been over a week and my gums are still swollen... there are several cuts in them. I have had extractions before and things were never that bad
