I had an emergency (whole crown came out) on a Sunday. Doctor answered and offered to fit me in to repair and put back in place. Also, scheduled a cleaning for me last minute since I had to cancel previous appointment for family emergency. I have to say what a great experience in service, both him and the staff are so attentive and helpfulMakes you feel like old friends. This is why I've continued my families dental care with them.

The staff is top notch from the time I made my appointment up until I left. They were friendly and took extra time with while catering to my medical issues so that I do not acquire dental issues. Dr. Ciccone has AMAZING chair side manner and patient care with a vast medical knowledge surpassing most dentists today. I'd recommend this office highly.

This office is very accommodating to children! They were able to schedule my kids at the same time as me which made our appointments go twice as fast. I was very pleased! I also highly recommend this office!!

I am new to the area and needed to find a dentist for an emergency broken front tooth. I emailed this office due to all of the positive reviews on Google. In my email I was clear about having an emergent condition. I received a call back a few hours later and the first question from the person calling was Do You Have Insurance and the second question was is your insurance through your employer and the last question was Who is Your Employer. Sorry, but where is the customer service and caring for the patient. The first question should be how can we help you? The second question should be Are You in Pain and the 3rd question should be When Can You Come in. I listened to "our first visit is for cleaning, X-ray and exam and next appointment is 2 weeks out. No Thank you. I will find a dentist with customer service skills and empathy. Your lost as I have great insurance and a large amount of dental work that needs to be done.

The best dentist office! Great cleanings!! And have toos..like fillings and crowns and the oh root canal. Ha! We all have to go thru one of these 3 at sometime in life. I'd highly recommend Dr. Ciccone...and his associates. An awesome group of professionals!!!

Family friendly office and staff. Everyone is kind, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Ciccone is gentle and conservative with treatment. Our whole family, 2 adults, 10yo, 8yo, 6yo and 4yo are patients here.

This place is Amazing. They were so Wonderful and willing to help me keep my teeth. That means everything to me. This is the First time I've had my teeth cleaned and it didn't hurt...Wow...Dee was wonderful The Ladies at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. I am so glad I found this Amazing place

after asking for an appointment for a cleaning and to get more information on a procedure the dr. wrote me a letter (was told he would call me) telling me I was cancelled. you can't question this man even with the simplest question. go elsewhere

As always my visit was delightful. My cleaning was thorough but gentle . Reception staff excellent and very pleasant. Dr Ciccone is also pleasant and a highly talented dentist. I seriously recommend Dr Ciccone to everyone .
