I have never been treated more poorly - I had been experiencing significant pain and the procedure was clearly done incorrectly yet no apology was given - I had been going there for years but will never go again- seems more emphasis is now placed on fees rather than good treatment!

I don't get the positive reviews.. I waited for my appointment for over an hour in the waiting room. My appointment was at maybe 2:30 and I sat there til about 3:45. I went up to the receptionist and asked if I had the correct time. She apologized and went to go check "why it was taking so long." She came back five minutes later with a dentist who all of a sudden was ready for me.. she cleans my teeth, does a fine job. But then tells me I need a deep cleaning procedure, and that the case of my teeth is very serious. She would say things like "when you floss it hurts, right?" I'd say no.. "oh.. well sometimes it smells kinda weird, right?" I'd say no again. But she kept insisting on the procedure which I found costs $1,000! But the receptionist told me "don't worry! You can pay $500 now, $500 later!" Yeah right.. Sounds a little scammy. I don't think I'll be coming back :/

I'm new to Georgia! This office is friendly and works with their clients. Bilingual workers makes the environment feel inclusive to many. I would recommend.

I would give ZERO STARS if possible. My husband went for an emergency dental visit because his TEMPORARY crown fell out and he was unable to get an appointment with his own dentist. He was in excruciating pain and instead of permanently cementing the crown, she wanted to charge an extra 100$ on top of the 50$ we paid initially to temporarily cement it. When my husband asked why they couldn't just permanently cement it, the dentist asked him why he couldn't just go back to his regular dentist? BECAUSE WE ARE HERE FOR A DENTAL EMERGENCY. He's in pain and half his tooth/root is exposed. She said the best she can do it temporarily cement it and he just has to wait to see his other dentist. ABSOLUTE TRASH. DO NOT go here if you need actual help.

Called three times to make an appointment after spending two days in the hospital with an infection from a broken tooth to see about getting it removed and each lady I spoke with in the office hung up on me. This was the worst experience ever and when I called back to ask what's going on why that happened I was told it's just the phone by another third young lady who could not help me. Do yourselves a favor do not ever say you're not a patient or yourself pay if you want to go here you will not be welcomed. Ms. Sherri I had $1500 cash in hand to get this done maybe before you judge someone you should listen to them.

I waited weeks to post this, hoping Robson Crossing Dentistry might call to follow-up. I think this may be just the place for routine preventative care, as I see many positive reviews about longterm care, cleanings and such. I called to schedule an extraction, but I did not indicate it was an emergency. They offered an appointment slot for 2 hours later, on a Friday afternoon. It sounded great. Hence, two stars. Upon arrival, staff was friendly and efficient. X-ray tech/assistant was a doll. Dr. Kwon was brisk and offered all the info. A front desk employee came back to discuss Financials. She asked if I wanted to add bone graphs to the procedure for $100 extra. Bone graphs? What? Um, no. Why didn't I leave then? I cannot say. I do not have a history of bone loss. They had never seen me anyway. Enter Dr. Kwon, and a battle ensued. He struggled for an hour and a half on one tooth using my jaw and body as resistance for all the strength he could muster. He drilled. What needs to be drilled during an extraction?? Maybe he sanded. I smelled burning. Tears ran down my face. Oh I had gas for $100 extra...at one point he sat me up in the chair with the gas tubing attached and the strap finally popped before the chair stopped. I was horrified. When it was as good as it was going to get, I was told I had "tough teeth". That, my friends, is make-believe. My mouth was wrecked that day. I would have put this review in a private email if it was offered. I received one call after my appointment to reschedule my in-office-scheduled follow-up. I told them I wouldn't make the appointment anyway. They didn't mind. I get the feeling that despite the reviews, they really do not care. There are more cases like mine, but instead of taking the time to review, they simply like the other one and two stars reviews in solidarity.

I had a root canal done back in October 2021 paid $2000, Still have problem with my tooth, went to have it recheck, charged me more and Didn't get to see the results, only a quote of almost $6000 more. I've been asking to either talk to dr A Nicola again, or to have the results but no answer, only excuses!

I'm very impressed at how efficient my wisdom teeth removal was and how nice everyone has been every time I've come in. I plan on using Robson Crossing for as much of my dental work as they can do. As someone who had anxiety about choosing the "right" dentist, I would definitely recommend this place!

I was here in 2013 and I had a treatment done. They followed up on my visit at that time and they were very attentive. They called me at home the next day and left a great impression on me about the way they care for their patients. Today I came back for my daughter and they have a special going on for her first visit which includes x-rays and full-cleaning. I also scheduled my husband for the same service. If you are looking for a great, caring and kind service, I certainly recommend the Robson Crossing Dentistry. PLE

Awful! Made an appointment and when I arrived the door was locked with no one there! Called the number on the door and was directed to an off-site answering service who just said to call back in fifteen minutes to reschedule if no one answers the door. I will be going elsewhere for my dental needs.
