I am very nervous about dental care, I have had some less than great experiences in the past. Dr. Robison was absolutely amazing. He was patient and explained the whole process of my root canal. Answered all of my questions in a kind and non judgmental way. He made sure I felt comfortable and pain free the whole time. He also seemed very experienced and skilled at what he does. All of the other staff were great too, from the front desk to his assistant. If you need a root canal they will treat you right. Thank you!

I can't recommend theirs office enough - especially Dr. Amber Severin. I have never had a better experience. Everyone was professional, warm, and seems to genuinely care. I've had two root canal services and both were essentially pain-free and as 'easy' amd pleasant as you could ask for.

Great to work with. Had tooth pain after root canal. Some times this happens and can take a while to go away. DR Robison took the time to make sure there was no problems with follow up visits. This is the second root canal I have had done there. 1st one was problem free.

These guys are incredible. I am mortified of any dental visit or procedure and they were quick and totally painless.

If you want to end up at Harborview as a result of incompetency, Robison Endodontics is the place for you. If not, steer clear.

If you need a root canal, I highly recommend Dr Robison.. My root canal experience was wonderful, if that can be said! The office staff are very kind and efficient. The assistant that was with Dr Robison (Nicki) was empathetic and tried her best to alleviate my fears. The best part was Dr Robison. I have a narrow airway and a large tongue. When I lay back in the chair, I can't breathe. That's become an issue with me as I age. Dr Robison suggested not using the topical numbing swab prior to the numbing injections, saying that it might help me be able to control my tongue better, not sure how that works, but it made a huge difference! I was able to lay back in the chair without my tongue falling back and blocking my airway. Best of all, I really didn't notice any difference in getting the numbing injection without the swab to "pre-numb" me... The remarkable part was the time it took to complete the procedure. Dr Robison is very fast, and in the root canal business, fast is good. He is also very personable, he was considerate of my fears and promised to do the job quickly as well as doing a good job. I was in and out of the office in about an hour, and Dr Robison's work only took about 30 minutes on a molar with three canals. My experience with Dr Robison and his staff has gone a long way to help me overcome my fear of root canal procedures, and of dentistry as a whole. In light of full disclosure, and not that any of this is bad, the office is small, understandably so because there are only two Dentists in the practice, which is restricted to endodontics. I noticed that some of the equipment is not what I would call "state of the art". An example is the X-ray film that goes into your mouth. My regular Dentist has a newer type that is much smaller and doesn't trigger my gag reflex on back teeth, and they also have this toothbrush size handheld X-ray thing that they can scan your gums to see the roots in real time on a monitor. Dr Robison didn't use either of those "newer" tools. BUT - Like I said, this is not "bad" it just is what it is. I don't mind these facts at all because it means I am not PAYING for those "state of the art" dental tool improvements, or a huge swanky remodeled office. I'm a self-pay patient because I'm in my 1-year waiting period with Delta Dental, so any cost savings is good to me. Also note that you can save $23 by having your regular Dentist email over your X-rays! I think I also received some other type of discount because the total bill including nitrous was $124 less than what I was quoted just prior to walking back to the treatment area. I was quoted $1600, and the actual amount I paid in cash was $1476. That said, I DID ASK for any discount that they could give me, citing my self-pay status. I am very happy to have paid less than the quote. All in all, I am Very VERY happy with Dr Robison and his staff. Would I recommend him? I already have, three times! They don't need treatment yet, but they know to ask me if it comes up in the future, and I will definitely be referring them to Robison Endodontics. By the way, I went to the Lynnwood office. It is in a very convenient location just off 164th St SW exit from I-5, between the Walmart and the "Bowlera" Bowling Alley. Before I go, I want to pound it home that Dr Robison is VERY FAST. If you want to be totally numbed up, feel relaxed (as possible) with nitrous, and get in and out quickly, this is the place to go. Quit stalling and reading reviews, get your appointment and just get in there--you will be glad you you chose Dr Robison. You can tell him I sent you, or not! (I am not paid for this review, I was a patient on 5/21/19 at 1:45pm). Thanks for reading! I took the time to be thorough here because I know it's tough to make that appointment call. I hope this review makes it easier for you!

I've been to the Smokey Point location a few times the past few years. Always well treated (in both senses) and very professional, courteous and helpful. Recommended without reservation.

I was having a great deal of pain from a tooth. My dendist recommended an endodontics office in everett. They checked it and set an appointment for 8 days out. I was in to much pain and the Robison team got me in right away. What a life saver. Great customer service.

I was having horrible tooth pain, and they worked me in as a first time patient within one hour for a root canal. The dentist and his assistant worked through their lunch in order to see me. Fairly painless procedure made even less so by their friendly manner. Highly recommend.
