Dr. April has had 25 years of experience in the dental field. She started out in high school cleaning a dental office at night and doing the sterilization. She then became a dental assistant and enjoyed it so much she went to school at Weber State University where she graduated with a Bachelor in Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. While working as a dental hygienist she attended Dickinson State University to obtain her prerequisites to apply to dental school. While at DSU she was Science Club President, on the Student Council, helped start a recycling program and organized a service group to pick up trash around Dickinson. She also went with DSU to Guatemala to participate in The Gods Child Project where they built houses by hand without power tools for needy families.
Dr. April attended the University of Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in which she received her DMD degree with Honors. She has continued her education by investing heavily in additional course so she is up to date with the latest technology and techniques. She recently attended courses in 6 Month Smiles and Invisalign so that she can provide these exciting adult orthodontic procedures to her patients. She also has attended Implant Direct courses on placing implants and the 3D Cone Beam Digital Radiography courses and is thrilled to be bringing this service to Dickinson soon. She uses her extensive experience to provide the highest level of dental care in a gentle, compassionate manner. She has a calming effect on her patients and is a very good listener.
Dr. Aprils family consists of 1 handsome husband, 5 dogs and 4 horses. Her favorite activity is Fishing for Puppies where she ties a sock to the end of a fishing pole and lets her dogs chase it. She also loves fishing with her husband for Walleye, her favorite dish!

The staff there is always so polite and awesome! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone! Dr. April is amazing and so is the staff! My kids love going there and they ask if they can go even when they don't have an appointment

After years of dreading dentist appointments my husband convinced me I HAD to try Robinson Family Dental and see Dr. April. I'm SO glad he did. Dr. April is beyond amazing. She is so caring, kind, gentle and genuine. The entire staff from the office to hygienists and dental assistant are phenomenal! My husband, myself, and our young son have found our dental "home" and couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Robinson Family Dental and Dr. April to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Robinson and their team is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for their patients and always make sure you are getting the best care. They listen to your problems and needs and help in every way possible to make sure you are comfortable. I'd recommend them to everyone! 100/10

Dr. April has a very natural way with children! My young children look forward to going to the dentist to see Dr. April. She also fit me in the same day I called with tooth pain even though she had a full schedule. She said she did not want me going on vacation in pain.-Cecilia Hansen

The words Thank You seem hollow compared to the amount of gratitude I have towards Dr April, Aaron, and their staff. They took me on knowing I was a complicated patient and gave me the smile I've been dreaming of for over 20 years. When my crowns didn't live up to their highest standards on the first go, they graciously gave the time to have the issue corrected and it my new smile is better than I ever thought possible. I could not be more pleased by the results and appreciative of their efforts. Robinson Family Dental will 100% truly treat you like family, and I'm so happy to be on their patient roster.

Dr April was great. Told me everything she was doing. Allie assisted, also awesome. Front desk staff awesome. As much as I don't like going to the dentist, I'm feeling about the next visit. Everyone was really nice.
