Great experience! Dr. Robertson took time to explain the underlying issue as well as the procedure and process to resolve the issue. Pain was kept to an absolute minimum and any pain post procedure was managed with Ibuprofen and an ice pack.

I've known for almost two years that I needed a root canal. I've been putting it off and off after hearing of some others stories about how painful it is to have done and the after pain. I finally caved in and had it done. I am beyond happy that my dentist referred me to Dr. Robertson. I had an appointment to confirm I needed it done, and they got me in within a week. There was no pain during or after the root canal. I was waiting for the painful experiences to start, that others had during or after, but thankfully, they never came. When my dentist said that Dr. Robertson was the best, he was correct. If I ever need another root canal, I know where I will be going. Dr. Robertson, his assistant, and the office staff are great!

My 87 yer old mother went to Dr. Robertson for a root canal. She absolutely loved him and experienced no pain at all during the procedure and even afterwards when the numbing wore off. He is absolutely top notch and has the latest updated equipment. His staff is friendly and made her feel comfortable at all times. Highly recommend him!!

I came to Dr. Robertson for a root canal, and it was a breeze, especially since he's authorized to use the Gentle Wave. Before the operation, he was readily accessible by email which saved me a day of work since I needed a pain relief prescription immediately. During the operation, my jaw was locking up on me, so he split the appointment into two sessions without charging me anything extra for taking up a chair at a later date as well. After the first and second operation dates, he would regularly check up via email and gave out his personal cell number in case of an emergency. He explained everything in detail and got right to the point. I can't imagine going anywhere else with how easy this was. I've had fillings that hurt more than this root canal.

Dr. Robertson performed a root canal on me. He explained at the original evaluation exactly what would be done. He also provided a treatment plan and costs. He and his staff were very nice, caring, professional and easy to talk to and answered questions we had.

I was there with my husband who was the patient. I was, at my request, permitted in the exam room during the original evaluation and the re-examination. Dr. Robertson is professional, kind and courteous, as is his staff. He explained everything in detail. I asked many questions to which he answered each and every one. We were never rushed. His staff has great follow up abilities which was most appreciated. They called to check on my husband the day after his root canal. We had a concern (which we weren't sure if it were normal) which prompted his staff to follow up weekly. They then scheduled a followup to check out the concern. Dr. Robertson thoroughly checked it out and put our concerns at ease. Never were we made to feel like an inconvenience. I should also add we were provided with a treatment plan and cost of treatment before any work was done. No surprise fees or extras which made us very happy. Kim Stewart

My experience with Dr Robertson has been nothing but excellent across the board. With 2 procedures only a few weeks apart, I can say that I couldn't have had better care anywhere. The setting is very calm and restful, the staff are all so kind and my treatment was completely pain free. Dr Robertson's calm manner immediately puts you at ease and his careful explanation of each step of the procedures was also much appreciated. My post procedure care was thoroughly explained to me before I left. I received follow-up calls after each procedure to check on me. Very minimal post surgery pain and swelling. I highly recommend Dr Robertson, he definitely receives 5 well-earned stars from me

Seen Dr. Robertson this morning for my first root canal procedure. I can't thank him and his team enough...They did such great work. They all had great bedside manners...made sure I was ok during the procedure...gentle touch and behaved professionally. The assistant put on some numbing cream in the area needed...the only thing I felt was the quick pressure of the small needle to numb the area. No pinch feeling at all...I was totally numbed comfortably. The only discomfort was keeping my mouth open for all that time. The procedure lasted about an hour and a half. Also, the Gentle Wave system was used toward the end to clean and disinfect the roots of the tooth. He then explained what he did when he finished the procedure. Everyone was great. I recommend Dr. Robertson and his team to anyone. Much, much Thanks.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Robinson. I just had my 3rd root canal with him. My tooth was in bad shape. Cap fell off from decay and there wasn't much tooth left but he was able to clean out the decay and rebuild the tooth to save it. He kept me from having to get the tooth pulled and getting an implant. He did a phenomenal job. Such a perfectionist. He's professional, kind, friendly, and takes the time to explain things well. So grateful to have found his practice. If you find yourself in need of a great endodontist, do yourself a favor and give Dr. Robinson a call.

I had a pleasant experience with this doctor and staff. Minimum wait time, the staff was pleasant. The procedure was relatively quick and he made sure I was comfortable throughout. I had a root canal on a molar. Very minimal discomfort in the two days to follow. Any discomfort I did have was relieved with Tylenol. And after a couple of days, no pain at all. I would recommend this Dr.
