Had a crown put on in 2020 that didn't fit right from the beginning now it has came off and now my tooth underneath is rotten and likely going to loose my tooth now. Paid 1,000$ to save and protect my tooth and now I'm going to loose it and there's nothing I can do.

Highly recommend this office. Dr. Robertson is friendly and thorough. He answered all my questions and reassured me of my concerns. He has the latest tech and had my crown done in 3 hours from start to finish - painless and fast! Staff are very nice and helpful.

Very fast getting work done. Very nice staff. I really don't like dentists due to past bad experiences but he is great and is restoring my confidence in dentist's. I would definitely recommend!

I had bad experience with dentist before. Dr. Robertson and his assistant were so wonderful. Love this office!! Friendly staff and timely service. Inside is very nice and clean. Highly recommend them!!

I came to Robertson Dental needing a lot of dentistry work after having a bad experience with another dentist and they have worked with me every step of the way. The staff are kind and caring. Dr Robertson is really a full service dentist and tells you exactly what you need, services he can perform and to whom he will refer. I haven't felt this taken care of by a practice in years. My whole family comes here and they make it an easy experience.

Don't go there. I had not been to a dentist since before covid. Went there for the first time in October. Cleaning went well. Dr. Robertson did an evaluation with the x-rays. He said my teeth were getting worn down(I'm 72 what do you expect). One tooth had an infection. I asked about antibiotics or root canal. He said no to both. When he gave his treatment plan I was appalled. He was going to pull 5 of my teeth with no explanation why. I guess because I'm old. Went to another dentist and showed him Dr. Robertson treatment plan. He could not understand why Dr.R wanted to pull 5 teeth. He said their goal was to help people keep their teeth not pull them. Have already had a root canal and crown on the infected tooth and no plans to pull any. DONT GO THERE!!! HE IS ALSO RUDE WITH NO PERSONALITY!!!

Best dentist I've ever been to!! Not only can you get a crown on within a hour, I drove over 400 miles to get there, twice, and will continue to drive there when needed !! Has all the newest technology and knows how to use it !! You really don't know what your missing until you visit Robertson Dental, you won't be sorry!!

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Services are completed timely and effectively. Very flexible with appointment scheduling and follow up to ensure visits are acknowledged. Overall a great dental practice.

Folks believe Brandon's review and mine. Whomever that Jill is is'nt being honest with people. I live with in 5 miles of this office and ill never go back. He has messed me up twice and this time after two months of having my top teeth pulled i now have a hole through my nasal cavity and was told by his office that it is above his pay grade and for me to find a specialist that could help me. ME find one NOT THEM! The pieces of bone and teeth im still having to pick out of my gums with tweezers is mind blowing and ive had a infection since five days after he pulled them. Two trips to the ER and fixing to make a third one today. People dont wast your time with this one or you may wind up like me. Another dentist wont help me because he started the job. My review to the people is keep looking dont give this place a second look. Be wise unlike my self i took the soonest appointment i could find and i wish id never came across his phone number. I give a minus 5 if i could.

I enjoy Robertson Dental (well as much as you can enjoy going to a dentist office, lol) but more importantly I trust them. I have had dentists in the past that every time I went they seemed to have found new cavities that had to be filled that hadn't even been an issue 6 months before. In fact, the last dentist I had told me I needed 2 fillings. I ended up not going back to them for some reason and ended up at Robertson Dental and surprise, I had no cavities. Recently I went in for a cleaning and the doctor had told me that I needed a crown (one of my fillings had broke and I didn't know it) and that I may need a root canal but he wouldn't know until he started working on it. Thankfully I only needed the crown but he could have easily have told me it needed a root canal and I would't have known any different. Trust is the most important thing and I have that with Dr Robertson. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We moved to Bristol but I continue to drive to Elizabethton for my dental. I would recommend Dr Robertson to anyone looking for a small dental practice that makes you feel like a person, not a number or a $$$ sign.

I despise going to the dentist. Mainly because it's a terrifying experience for me. Ever since I started going to Robertson Dental 4 years ago my fear has subsided. Dentists don't have the best reputation because it can be scary. The first time I went there I met Sire Pinkerton, their certified therapy dog and he was just amazing. Put me right at ease. I went in for a cleaning and met Mark Robertson. Unfortunately, he had to tell me I had a lot of work that needed to be done. (This was my fault, neglect, less than stellar flossing, and the fact I hadn't been to a dentist in over 5 years at the time.) He set up a plan with me and advised the most critical points in my plan that needed attention first. Mark asked what I wanted to do first and how I wanted to proceed. I was in for at least 15-20 fillings, 3 root canals, 2 extractions and if I'm not mistaken 4 crowns. He explained to me my insurance would only cover up to a certain amount each year and my dental needs would cost upwards of $6K. So he recommended that we handle my teeth in sections. I'm still going to him and still working on my dental plan. Mark has always made sure I was taken care of when I came in. During an extraction I got dry-socket, again, my own fault lol at day 3 I thought it would be okay to drink from a straw, it was not okay. He made sure to write me out the rest of the week for work and helped me treat the dry-socket with clove oil. I feel confident in my smile now because of this office. They make you feel at home and are always quick to get you in and courteous with your needs. I have never and probably never will 'enjoy' going to the dentist, but going to Mark Robertson has made the experience a whole lot better. For that, I'm grateful and will never see a different dentist.
