The ladies at the front desks kinda made me anxious but the lady that did my teeth were so kind and welcoming! So was the male dentist:) She did a very good job.

Dentist was rude. He did not want to deal with me because I have anxiety. He wanted to send me to an oral surgeon. I explained my insurance would not cover that. It would only cover his office. So here i sit. Still with the same problem. The first visit i was turned away because insurance would not cover xrays. I had to wait until xrays came from the other dentists. All I wanted at that time was a. script of antibiotics for infection. He sent me away with an infection. Needless to say overall, experience at this office was very bad. I would not recommend him or his front desk help to anyone. Both have very distasteful manner.

The office receptionist is performing medical examinations in the lobby in front of patients. They also do not accomidate those with disabilities. These practices are a violation of HIPAA and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Very bad manners & will NOT allow a parent to stay in the room with a minor. Our son is a minor & he told my husband & son to leave, yes leave, when my husband said he'd be staying in the room since our son was a minor. Roberts said "you can leave then".

I have had a lot of experience with dentists some good others not so, Dr Roberts rates extremely high on my scale of dentists I would highly recommend. His demeanor was wonderful. Not once did I feel rushed or just another patient. He allowed me the time and curtiesies I needed to know I was in good hands. I found him to be honest and sincere in the dental plan he proposed for me. Thank you Dr. Roberts for reestablising my trust in dentists.

I have had nothing but great treatment from Dr. Roberts. I have been using him for nearly five years, and I give him nothing but great reviews. He has been personable, helpful, and attentive to my problems. I have had panic issues with dentists in the past, and Dr Roberts has solved that problem for me. His staff is friendly, helpful, and has worked with me several times in changing appointmemts. If someone is having a problem with Dr. Roberts, that particular person may be the one with the issue....

Front desk, hygienist... All very polite and kind. However, the dentist is quite rude. I have a terrible fear of needles. To the point that I almost didn't come to the dentist. When I started to cry (a small tear in my eye, not rolling down my face) from being anxious... 1 he made jokes that he hasn't seen this much crying even at home with kids. Mind you, I had a year in my eye. I was not bawling. 2 he proceeded to preach to me that I'm putting his safety in danger if I'm not calm. So I laid back quietly and did as I should as a grown woman. I get it, I shouldn't probably cry over a needle, but it is what it is.

My husband went in for a routine cleaning on Oct 11th. He was told by Dr. Roberts that he needed a deep cleaning but overall health was good. My husband began experiencing pain after this appointment. We went back not once but twice to be told in the end that there was absolutely nothing wrong with him and not to come back until our Nov 6th appointment. My husband is in so much pain he can't eat or sleep. We ended up going to Dr. Briggs, only to find out my husband has a large cavity where he has been experiencing pain and gingivitis so bad that it is almost to bone loss. All these things should have been detected by Dr. Roberts on any of the three appointments that we saw him. All of this is evident on the xrays that were taken the first visit. Do not waste your time or your money.
