Dr. Roberts has been practicing in Norwalk since 1987. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry(1987). She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Technical Education from the University of Akron(1982) and an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Owens Technical College (1980).

Dr. Roberts has been active in the organized dentistry on the local level as past president of the North Central Ohio Dental Society, and on the state level in the Ohio Dental Association. She is currently a delegate from the North Central Ohio Dental Society to the Ohio Dental Association.

She has been married to William D. Roberts since 1982. She has three grown children, Brendan, Laura and Brian. She is just figuring out what outside interests she has as her last child just graduated from high school. The family has been very active in high school football. She enjoys physical exercise and reading.

Our staff is eager to answer any questions regarding your dental care. Please feel free to share with us your needs and concerns.

Insurance- Kathleen may also greet you on the phone or at the reception desk. Kathleen Osborne is our insurance specialist and does patient scheduling. Kathleen has been a member of our staff since 1996. She does all the predetermination of benefits and handles all insurance inquiries.

Assistant- Jennifer Yeckley has been Dr. Roberts assistant since 1994. She has worked side by side with Dr. Roberts and is another valued member of our staff. Jennifer is a certified radiographer. She will immediately put the patient at ease when seated.

My parents started going here well over 20 years ago . I currently live over an hour away and continue to go here with my own family. My children are always excited to return. Wonderful staff and the doctor is always great to deal with. As far as all the comments about insurance. I always check with my insurance company before I make an appointment to see if they are in my network.

If you like being ripped off this is the place to go. They said they accepted my insurance plan and so my husband and I made appointments. After the first visit they tell you not to worry about payment they will bill the insurance and prevention care is 100% covered. We scheduled other appointments and both had a couple teeth filled and again told not to pay. A couple months later we recieved a bill for over $1200.00 with a break out of services. My insurance paid all their portions but they still changed us more. They wanted more money on top of what my insurance paid for 100% covered services and changed us almost full price for fillings that were 80% covered by my insurance. They sent us to collections and when I tried to pay them they wouldn't take my money and told me even if I paid my bill I would NEVER be a patient with them again. Worst business practices ever! Dont want to be your patient ever again anyway.

Well I can't say how the dentist her self is I never seen her because as soon as I got the ex Ray's done i was told that my insurance card was for medical only even tho I have used the same card for more than 3 years and is says dental plan right on the front of the card the so I went down to Aspen dental and they had no problem accepting my insurance so like I said the dentist her self my be good but some of the staff she has needs to learn how read
