Dentists personality was great. BUT I got turned away entirely and it was ridiculous. I mentioned my other dentists have to prescribe me a singular Valium to prevent me passing out during procedures, and sometimes I jerk a little looking like a seizure. But the Valium makes my appointments go just fine without issues. I've experienced it many times. He refused to prescribe me a Valium. So I then asked if I could have someone with me to keep an eye out for me passing out. And then I get a call that they are refunding my money and turning me away entirely. I've NEVER had an issue with a dentist being understanding of this side affect I have. And to not believe in Valium when I know it works and make me have no problems.... Highly offended. I just needed this tooth pain gone and paid them and everything.

After visiting the clinic my first impression was great. Very kind and professional staff. Good deep cleaning of the rooms. Cleaning of my teeth was painless and very well done. I was happy that Dr. MAAL found some cavities that a previous dentist not even mentioned. Teeth are for me the first impression of someone's face. And so i like them in a great condition. Very considerate and caring staff. I personally love the ability of everyone to laugh and joke. The atmosphere alone eases your anxiety. They performed a teeth cleaning and 4 wisdom teeth extraction on me. Very well informed me of what to expect and executed it perfectly. I had no pain at all during surgery. Love these people!

Robert Maal! Remember this name if you want to burn money away. My husband saw his ad on TV and decided to give him a try and this was probably one of our biggest mistake to date. Let me make it clear, his staff is professional from the front desk to the dentists chair, making sure that my cleaning were done on time. However when it came to see Maal he would swing by take a quick look at what was going on and left. I had a couple of fillings done by him but the rest was done by his staff. The breaking poi t was when I told him I was in pain and needed a filling on a tooth that he knew about 2 months earlier. We own a trucking co.pqnyand only come to town for apps and he knew that. He again delayed saying that if I didn't take care of it it would turn into a crown and left the room. Charged me for more xrays and that was that. When I called the office to talk to his office manager she said she was busy and didn't have time to talk. $600 later and another dentist and I didn't lose my tooth. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST.

My daughter was told she had multiple cavities and given a treatment plan adding up to several thousand dollars. Enough to max put our insurance for the year plus some. I knowing my daughter's dental history and how well she cares for her teeth, I did not feel this was correct. She went to another dentist who told her she had great teeth and only 1 cavity. Their office said they have had several patients come to them stating they have had very similar experiences at Maal's office. He and his office need to be investigated for fraud.

Dr. Maal and his staff are completely amazing. I went to him to correct some bad dental work done by another dentist. He has taken great care of me for the past 2 years now and won't go anywhere else. They always do a thorough job from cleanings to crowns.

My husband and myself fo to Dr. Maal. The office staff is great and Dr. Maal is extremely good at what he does and very personable. Highly recommend this office.

Everyone in the office is so kind and wanting to help in any way they can. Tee and Dr. Maal took super good care of me as well. Had teeth extracted and didn't feel a thing. They even had me laughing during the operation.

Best dentist around & the only REAL EMERGENCY DENTIST too. Twice he's gotten my boyfriend in immediately for emergency procedures while everywhere else said it would be at least a few months. He did awesome on both & with as minimal pain as possible. Dr. Maal & his staff are extremely compassionate too. We them & are so thankful for everything they've done.

After 45 yrs in the dental field, I picked Dr. Maal to be my dentist. He and his staff go above and beyond average care for their patients. They are knowledgeable and extremely patient with and concerned for their patients. I recommend this office to everyone.

This company is deceitful, unprofessional and cheats. They intentionally overcharged me and failed to proactively provide important information. I didn't realize this until after I received a statement from my insurance company. I was advise by the Manager Angela, since they are out of network they can charge me what they want. However, the charges are not lining up with what was reported to the insurance company. If you're looking for honesty, professionalism and fair prices, look elsewhere. I would never return nor refer anyone to this business. The way my situation was handled is absolutely unacceptable. Demetrius Heard

My experience with Dr Maal and his staff has been exceptional My previous dentist whom I had seen for many years had to stop being a Met dental insurance provider so decided to see Dr Maal. I had to have some extensive dental work done. I broke a front tooth off to the gum line. Was told by another dentist that they would need to extract the rest of that tooth and put crowns over it and the tooth next to it what they call a counter lever Dr Maal was able to do a root canal on what was left of the broken tooth and put a pin in it and make a crown for it. Meaning I didn't have to loose that tooth completely or crown a tooth that was in good shape. Staff was very nice Dr Maal went above and beyond in my opinion was very nice kept my husband informed of what was going on and got me in ASAP. Actually got me in on Valentine Day. The office was supposed to be closed that day but he opened for half a day to get me in and I believe 2 other patients I was in the chair 3 hours. I paid 50% less for the procedure than the other dentist had quoted me. Very pleased with him and his office staff.

This dentist dr maal and Heidi , my dental hygienist is the best ever Very thorough pain free, good personality and very clean. Dr maal took me when my pain was horrible, did a root canal when other dentist wh awant o wait for days. The dentist we had from Georgia for 35 years.ee are so happy to find d this dental clinic. this is Bernadette

I have been a patient of Dr Maal since 2004, and have worked in the dental field for 45 yrs . Due to excessive grinding, I knew the extensive work I needed. Thankful to Dr Maal & his staff, the procedure exceeded my expectations. He prepared and delivered 18 crowns. During this time my temporary crowns looked so great you wouldn't believe they were temps. I am very thankful for his patience and dedication and his wonderful work. I recommend Dr Maal to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Hands down the cleanest dental office I have been in. As a business owner myself, keeping a large building clean and up to date with every client's health and safety is Paramount, it is an endless duty of perfection. The staff is friendly, welcoming and educated on dental care. I actually learned things about preventative measures you can take to lessen the loss of bone. Go by and see for yourself!
