My family has gone to Dr. Kleypas for years and have always been pleased with our experience but recently a situation arose where one of my 12-year old kids, who is terrified of needles/shots, needed a root canal. Dr. Kleypas and his staff were exceptional patient and understanding about her fear, and Dr. Kleypas in particular made sure to tell my kid that he wouldn't do anything, like give her a shot, without her being ok and ready for it first. It took two office visits to get the root canal done (first visit ended up being getting the shot because my kid was SO scared) and Dr. Kleypas was nothing but caring and patient and efficient. I will happily recommend Dr. Kleypas and his whole office staff to everyone!

Dr. Kleypas and his staff are wonderful. We live out of town and still drive an hour back to see him. They always work around our schedule to fit us in and Dr. Kleypas truly cares about his patients. He never makes us feel like another number, instead he remembers my family and I and treats us as if we've been friends for years.

My family of 5 have been going to Dr. Kleypas for over 20 years - back when he started his practice in Copperfield and then moved to his current location. All staff from the front desk, to the hygienists, and Dr. Kleypas himself, are friendly, professional, and customer focused. There is no pushing of unnecessary services, they remind you of appointments, file insurance for you, and if you want one there is a goodie bag of sample toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss after each visit. Our insurance covers four visits per year - so we go a lot. We therefore appreciate that they value our time and we do not have to wait once we arrive for our scheduled appointment. If you're looking for a great dentist, my whole family highly recommends Dr. Kleypas's office.

Dr. Kleypas has been my family dentist for 20 years. I trust no one else with my oral health. Dr. Kleypas won't settle for less than perfection. I couldn't ask for a more professional, caring dentist and strongly recommend him to anyone searching for a family friendly dental facility. His staff is warm and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk into the office.

Whole family has been with Dr. Kleypas for 10yrs or so. Very professional. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. His office always finds a way to get us in when there's a tooth emergency. Would recommend to anyone out there looking for an excellent dentist and crew.

This dentist office gave me a very bad impression of a professional doctor's office that cares about the patients, well new patients. I left that office in tears! I am a new patient and saw Dr. Kleypas. He was great explaining everything he did. The ladies that work their left me waiting for over 15 minutes so I could get my teeth cleaned. Well guess what? This is the first time in my 52 years of life that I went in for a cleaning and did not get my teeth cleaned. They overbooked my appointment, but it was my fault because I cancelled twice last month (Dec) and they didn't know if I would show. The tried telling me that they didn't know that the doctor would take so long explaining my dental plan. So, I questioned it and that is when she told me that they scheduled someone right after and didn't have time to clean my teeth. I was in shock. Seriously? When getting a new patient or client you schedule extra time because you just don't know about that person yet. So, as a new patient they had no idea about the condition my teeth were in, it is not my fault they overbooked and assumed I was going to cancel again, and not one time did they apologize for inconveniencing me. Yes, I go next week to finally get my teeth cleaned. BTW when I did cancel last month (Dec), which was twice, I called 24 hours in advance to be considerate and thoughtful of their business. Not that they needed to know, but our son was in ICU and we never knew what was going to be a good day or bad day. He is at home and much better. Therefore, this morning I called the office and confirmed my appointment and said I will be there at my scheduled time, just to be thoughtful and considerate. Do you think that they showed the same courtesy - no. I also did a social experiment that they fell hook line and sinker for. I dressed with stains on my pants and a t-shirt to just see how they would treat someone at a disadvantage. Not once did they apologize, they left me waiting for 12 minutes thinking I was going to get my teeth cleaned. This complaint will go to other places and will not just stop here. If you can't treat everyone with decency and respect, you should not be in the service industry. Proud to say I am highly educated and have a career that helps me find out how people are treated at different establishments. If it were my business the girl with the blond hair piece on top of her head and brown hair on the bottom, would have been reprimanded and needs competency training as well as customer service training. This is an experience that I have not had in a long time, so it will be my honor to report it to the right agencies. DO NOT GO HERE!

My whole family loves this place! They go above and beyond to help us with all our needs. I used to have a serious fear of going to the dentist and they helped me through that in the kindest way. I can't recommend them highly enough, I tell everyone I know who my amazing dental team is.
