Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as personal checks. We also offer no-interest or low-interest financing through Care Credit. In addition, we participate with many insurance plans, which are listed below. If your plan is not listed, please call and ask because we may accept it.
Debra has lived in Mansfield for over 30 years. She and her husband, Randy, have two adult sons and together run a local Youth Hockey Program for the past 16 years. Deb enjoys reading, knitting and her cats!
Karen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Special Education from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. After many years teaching and working in educational development, she was excited to switch careers and make the move to office management in her brother 's (Dr. Robert Sibilia) dental practice. 'I am so fortunate to be able to work with my brother Rob and sister Mary in a family practice that began over 50 years ago'!
Although she will always consider Mansfield her 'home', Karen has lived in Brighton, MA with her husband, Dan, for over 31 years. They have 2 adult sons who both reside in Denver, CO. In her free time, she enjoys decorating, gardening and traveling to Colorado to visit her sons!
Mary is a graduate of Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists where she received her Dental Hygiene certificate. She is also a graduate of Northeastern University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Health Science. She was employed full time as a Dental Hygienist by her father, Dr. Philip Sibilia for 15 years before taking time off to raise her three children, Molly, Mackenzie and Seamus. When the opportunity arose, she was happy to get back into the family business this time working with her brother, Dr. Robert Sibilia, and sharing the office management/receptionist position with her sister, Karen Mee. Its been great reconnecting with long-time patients and welcoming new patients!
