Dr. Robert S. Parminter attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Systematic Biology in 1987. He continued his education at Loma Linda University and acquired his second Bachelor of Science in Human Biology on June 11, 1992. During this time, while attending Loma Linda Dental School, he attained a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery, which he received on June 19, 1992.
Dr. Parminter is the head dentist and advisor to the Tri-Cities ROP here in Whittier. He and his staff have donated their time for the last several years, and he enjoys working with the staff and students of the school. Dr. Parminter is on the evaluation community for the ROP program and proctors the tests given to the students. His involvement in the Tri-Cities ROP has enriched this program, and has been instrumental in its success.
Dr. Parminter was involved in the Indian Princess program through the YMCA with his three daughters and has donated free dental care to under privileged families. He and his wife have been involved with their church Whittier Area Community, and help the families in need in their community.
Dr. Parminter has in the past been involved with Loma Linda University and Dental School during the Christmas Holiday, volunteering for the Christmas Program for under privileged children. He has been in charge of organizing and participating in day fishing trips for inner city children who have accomplished excellence in academics.

Tamii Multhaupt is one ofour Chair Side Assistantand Receptionistwho is also knowlegable in insurance processing. She has been with our practice for 25 years. Tamii is an RDA licensed with the State of California.

Dr. Parminder is amazing. He has the most up to date equipment and is so knowledgeable. I had a dentis work on my teeth and mess up a crown and some filling and had been in so much pain. I came to Dr.Parminter and he has fixed my teeth and always explained everything he was going to do, he is so friendly and will always listen to what you are feeling and will make it a point to make sure he takes care of any pain or discomfort you might have. I had a bridge that consist of 2 crows put in that he designed and cut in his office so there was no need to put a temporary and come back another day . He is currently working on my 4 year olds teeth and my 4 year old really likes him. I can't explain how greatful I am to have found him. Give him a try trust me that you will not be disappointed... I saw that some one else gave him a 1 star and she didn't even meet him thats not fair coz if she would have gone she would of been so happy with his work coz he take alot of pride and in his work and makes sure you get what you want/ or what you need ... again give him a try he is amazing

I didn't even make an appointment I called asking to schedule a consult for veneers which I was planning on paying cash for (which is a lot of money) and the woman I spoke to wasn't very friendly or knowledgeable it was going to be a consultant fee plus X-ray fee to see if the dentist "could even do them" I decided to call another office before scheduling and they offered me a free full exam, consult & xrays. And the customer service was 100x better. That goes a long way especially when people are planning on spending that much money.

Great Dentist and Staff. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Respectful. Great Office with modern equipment. Easy to get in and out and you never feel rushed. I've been seeing Dr. Parminter for about 13 years. Initially started seeing him because he was close to my orthodontist, which made it convenient to go over and get my teeth cleaned quickly while my wires were off. Did such a great job, he is still my dentist.
