I have been calling this place all week to make a appointment I left several messages and no one calls me back yesterday I called and finally a person answered she said call me tomorrow because I cant make appointments until the 1st. What ever that means I call today she says I will call you back in 5 minutes and no one ever called me back I called back at 3 no answer. What a joke this place must be if the receptionist cant even call me back to set up a appointment.

Payal Dholakiya, D.D.S. is amazing, the staff is amazing. I had an emergency dental issue and they got me in and got me the answers i needed asap. I am forever greatful.

So I set up an appointment with them. 3 different phone calls back and forth. Called to verify appointment and she tells me I don't have an appointment.

Payal Dholakiya, D.D.S. is amazing, the staff is amazing. I had an emergency dental issue and they got me in and got me the answers i needed asap. I am forever greatful.

Terrible service and attitude from doctor and front desk. Would never recommend this place. I had two root canals that were done improperly. They don't honor fixing the problem and just interested in getting more money.

I had a great experience here. Front office staff was very nice and helpful. Dr Morrison was also great! He explained everything thoroughly and even called me later that night to see how I was doing. Great dentist!

I almost had a tooth extracted because of Dr. Morrison! I went to Dr. Morrison for a re-treatment of a bungled root canal I had done by my regular dentist, Dr. Jose Lomboy. However, Dr. Morrison told me the tooth was cracked, he couldn't do a retreatment and he couldn't help me. He was so cold, I didn't feel comfortable talking to him any further. I was terribly upset at the thought of losing a tooth. For some reason, I didn't believe his prognosis. My instincts were correct. I went to an oral surgeon and another endodontist (one that I had chosen). Both told me the tooth was not cracked. Dr. Morrison was wrong! I had the retreatment done by a great endodontist and the tooth has been great ever since (2011). The problem with the first root canal was that my regular dentist, Dr. Jose Lomboy, missed an entire canal and overdrilled/ perforated another canal. I don't know why Dr. Morrison couldn't see that in the x-rays. In fact, twice he told me what a great job Dr. Lomboy did as he looked at the x-rays. The endodontist that actually fixed and saved my tooth, told me right away what the problem was... an overdrilled canal and another canal that Dr. Lomboy missed entirely. On top of all of that, Dr. Morrison tried to charge me $432.00 to tell me he couldn't help me ($82.00 for the initial consultation and $350.00 for the second visit, where he numbed me up, "probed" between the tooth and gum line, then told me he couldn't go any further as the tooth was cracked).

The reviews I spotted here are totally misleading, inadequate at best. Elizabeth at the front desk is one of the most caring people I've met in her kind of position. Dr. Morrison reviewed my case with thirteen other doctors before he did anything. This cost me nothing. I was a tough case and the doctor brought me through to the other side. I will be forever grateful. Dr. Morrison made himself available on nights and weekends, always in good spirits. As a side note I would add that saving teeth is expensive. My guess is that was the real complaint if the writers who posted negative reviews. Noticing the aforementioned reviews underscored for me once again the damage that might be done by spiteful people.

Very modern and clean office. The Doctor communicates very clearly and follows up to make sure you know what to expect before and after your procedure. Would (and have) recommended to others!

We had a very, very bad customer service here. The Front desk was so rude and disrespectful was in a bad mood. DO NOT come here you'll get bad service here and don't waste your money at all here
