It is so difficult to get a hold of anyone here. I had to miss work last week to come down here to see about my appointment for a follow up and for a auth. They said they would call me back and they did call the other day but ai missed the call because I work and been calling back to the number left by the person who called me and they never answer, also no response to my VM. Can someone please call me back... I'd hate to have to request PTO for this again.

The most incompetent front staff ever. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from this office for several days regarding scheduling for a procedure. No one has ever called back. I have been on hold on the phone for 48 minutes just today. Nothing will ruin your practice like a horrible front office...

Do not take your children here. Office seems clean on the outside but is severely dirty on the inside. Staff is not professional and oral care is horrible

I am extremely disappointed. I drove an hour to see this doctor and it was unfortunately, for nothing. I even called and asked if I was going to be able to get seen in a timely manner because I had to get back to work at a certain time, they said yes and that it shouldn't be a problem. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. I waited an hour, still hadn't been seen, and finally decided to ask what was going on. I was told that there was 4 people still in front of me and I would have to wait even longer. I explained that I had driven an hour to get there and that I needed to get back to work, the receptionist still wouldn't help. I asked if I could just make an appointment for the procedure to take place (this appointment was for my consultation). She said no because they needed to do X-rays and if the procedure could have been done today they would do it. Okay what?! First of all... I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed and have to be put to sleep.. wouldn't you have called me and let me know that it was a possibility that I could have them removed that day so I could have brought someone with me?! The receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I explained that I had take a certain amount of time off of work to be there and I needed to be seen ASAP. She said they couldn't see me so I was forced to reschedule. Thank you for wasting my time and my money. I'm going to try and find another place that will accept my insurance because this place is a joke.

I drove an hour to this place because I was referred by my dentist since it was going to be covering my 4 wisdom teeth removal surgery. They contacted me a few days later to schedule my consultation in a week. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes before to fill out paper work and was called in quick. The consultation went good. They scheduled my wisdom teeth surgery in a month since it had to go through the insurance. Never received a phone call to get reminded I had an appointment didn't think anything of it so the day comes I go to my appointment and they say I was never scheduled an APPOINTMENT!! But I had proof of the appointment card they gave me so they said they'd be able to do it. But the receptionist still managed to get my name and profile information mixed up the surgeon was showing me another PERSONS FILE! But this was the receptionist fault as did not see the name correctly on the card think her name was Jessica. This did make me feel like not going through with the surgery because they weren't prepared since they never actually scheduled me into the system! But I needed my wisdom teeth removed due to one being infected. So if you're thinking about coming to this place make sure you have everything confirmed they are somewhat unorganized which can be terrifying knowing they'll be doing surgery etc. Please do your research on any procedure you are getting done ask questions!! As for my surgery everything went good no complications. But some of the receptionist need to be checked!!

I can't believe this place is still open I will be reporting them to the State. The receptionist is rude they don't answer there phone in a timely manner. I waited on hold for 30 minutes. The receptionist was rude and told me there is referral clerk and she's backed up so I will have to wait 3 weeks to even get a call. I'm cash pay my insurance won't cover it why should I have to wait then I asked if I can estimate to have tooth 5 pulled and was told nope they will tell you when you get here. What kind of business works like this and treats people like this.

My daughter was bit by our family dog and Dr. Julian and his staff were at the hospital in less than 15 min and they observed and knew what to do immediately not only that they were so welcoming and made my daughter comfortable as possible it was one of the worst experiences my daughter being in the hospital but they made us feel at ease that everything will be through their professionalism and manner at a very hard time
