Dr. Robert Burks has been creating beautiful smiles since 1980. He has devoted his career to helping patients enjoy all the benefits of a healthy, beautiful smile. As the art and science of dentistry continually evolve, Dr. Burks and his staff devote a great deal of time throughout the year to study all that dentistry has to offer, in order to provide you with the most exceptional dental care. Dr. Burks completes over 100 hours of continuing education courses each year and is a member of the Seattle Dental Study Club.
Both Dr. Burks and his wife, Allison, have enjoyed a lifetime of service to their church and community. His favorite pastime is being Poppy to his five young grandchildren: Reagan, Noah, Caleb, Riley and Lucy. His other hobbies include staying fit, reading, building almost anything, woodworking, wood lathe turning, photography and his computer. In his spare time, you will find him remodeling the home that he and Allison share with a miniature Dachshund, Maddie; two Bichon Frises, Murphy and Toby; and a cat, Chloe.
Dr. Robert Burks is proud to participate in the Give Back a Smile program offered through the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Donated Dental Services through the Dental Lifeline Network. Through these programs, volunteer dentists restore smiles to those who have suffered from dental neglect, either from physical abuse in the past or from illnesses that have kept them from receiving needed dental care. There are no words to describe how it feels to give someone a reason to smile again!
The hallmark of our office is our caring staff. So many of our patients look forward to coming to the office because they know how well they will be cared for from the minute they step in the door. While we are very proud of the latest and advanced dental techniques that we offer, it is our genuine caring and personal touch that sets us apart.
For me, it is important to work in an environment where patients come first. I also appreciate a growing office where new ideas and technologies are constantly integrated. Dr. Burks is not only a great dentist but one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His commitment to his patients, his dentistry, his staff, and family make this the place I want to work for many years to come.
Patients notice how well Dr. Burks and his team work together. That is because of the long-term commitment his staff members have made to the practice. Like Dr. Burks, the team is made up of individuals who have built their careers in the dental field.
I feel blessed to have this group of caring individuals working side-by-side with me, to be able to provide the excellent care that we offer our patients. After coming to our office, I think that you will agree with me that this is what a dental office should be; an office of people who truly care about each other and making sure our patients receive the quality care that they deserve.
