We had Dr. Mall for my son's appointment. He needed some minor dental surgery. He was great as was the entire staff. He even called later that night to check in. Highly recommend!

I pushed off my wisdom teeth extractions for years because I was just too anxious but the staff and Dr. Moskal were amazing. It was painless and over before I knew it. Highly recommend!

I've seen Dr Moskal in the past for teeth extractions and today I was seen for two dental implants. He is always so personable and informative. You can tell he likes helping people and he knows what he's doing. I feel he is the best for any oral surgery needs. Everyone in the office makes you feel comfortable and every procedure is pretty painless. He even goes above and beyond to reach out and personally call to see how you're feeling after having a procedure. I highly recommended this office. :)

Great job by Dr. Moskal and his team, I am recovering from my wisdom teeth removal well only a few days after surgery and had a good experience! Nurses did a good job keeping me distracted and calm before the surgery, would recommend.

I want to thank Dr. Moskal and his very professional team for squeezing me in on a very busy day, and fixing my abscessed tooth. A very painful and nervous situation was handled with much kindness. A wonderful man and a caring staff. Thank You !

My daughter needed to have four impacted wisdom teeth extracted. I began my search to find a good dentist. I was about to give up, when I found reviews on Dr. Moskal DMD, which highly recommended him. I decided to call and make the appointment. I mostly spoke to Kathleen. She was very attentive to any question I had. Anytime I would call, she was kind and helpful. After our first visit, I was confident in the quality of service we would receive. The office was neat and clean, very important, especially with COVID-19. The staff was also very respectful and kind. Dr. Moskal gave his attention to the care and well-being of Alicia, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with going through with the surgery under his care. The day of surgery was a bit nerve racking for my daughter, but on arrival the staff made every effort to help her relax, playing her favorite music as she prepared for surgery. I wasn't able to be in the room with her, but I reassured her she was in good hands. Forty-five minutes later, I received the call she was in recovery and doing good. We were set to go home, when the staff gave Alicia a small container of ice cream and a note with warm thoughts for her fast recovery. A follow-up call was also made later that day checking in on how she was doing! I was impressed with the whole process! Alicia had a very good recovery with not much swelling or pain all thanks to the instructions that tremendously helped with preparing for surgery and for the after care. I would highly recommend for any dental care!

I am currently sitting at home recovering from my wisdom teeth extraction this morning. From the very start Dr Moskal's staff eased my nerves. The whole office signed their names at the bottom of my prescription form, so nice! Carol is so kind and does an amazing job at making someone with nerves feel comfortable. From chatting to offering to put on whatever music I'd like, it was far less stressful than I anticipated. Dr. Moskal is so kind. He truly wants to make sure every patient feels heard and respected. I cannot say enough good things about how nice and empathetic he is. He even texted me a couple hours after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay, along with sharing a couple pics of his adorable dog! Talk about top notch care! I also had a wonderful experience with Dr Cottrell when my son had trauma to his front teeth. He was incredibly nice and made us feel calm during a time of distress. Overall, everyone in the office are exactly the type of people who show up for the right reasons, and genuinely care to make every patient experience positive.

I had a broken bottom tooth that was down to the gum line. I was concerned there would be cuts to get to it in order to remove it. I had two or three gentle shots of Novocain and once it was numb Dr Cottrell easily removed the little bit of tooth. It took less than an hour total time. I'd say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a dentist chair! Dr. Cottrell has a gentle manner and explained everything that was happening and that was reassuring as well. Nice office, great staff, all around a pleasant experience. Covid protocol was stellar!

Dr Moscal and all of his staff, especially Carol, are top notch. They put you at ease immediately and always are attentive to every question. The atmosphere in this office is a comfortable and caring one. You know you are in good hands with any treatment that you need. I highly recommend these great people for your dental needs!

I have been putting off non-critical dental surgery for a while due to anxiety with potential pain and overall mouth repercussions. Dr. Moskal and his team made me feel comfortable immediately upon arrival. When I had concerns a few days after surgery, they were able to see me within hours and assure me of the recovery process. Six weeks later I had a follow visit and I remain very impressed with the surgery result as well as Dr. Moskal and his entire operation. I would recommend them if you have dental surgery needs.

After calling 5 different Oral Surgeons and 1 HVAC tech (by mistake), I finally called Franklin Oral Surgery. They were able to get me in next day and after a well informed consultation they went ahead and removed my tooth. The process was really great and I am always nervous through dental procedures, but they talked me through every step and I am very happy with it. Thank you for taking care of my pain. Will certainly be recommending to anyone who needs work done.

When I was told by my dentist that I needed to have an oral surgeon check my wisdom teeth at my age (57) I was surprised to say the least. I knew my son in laws mother, Nancy works for Franklin Center for Oral Surgery In Franklin MA and she had always spoken highly of her peers and employer. This location is not close to me, but I am a firm believer in having faith in care providers with solid reputations and good references. My experience with Franklin Center for Oral Surgery's staff and with Dr Moskal was excellent. Keri was very personal and efficient upon checking in and managing Covid protocols. The first impression on any new experience is important to me and she was helpful and informative. Carol brought me to the exam room verifying and obtaining my information as well as taking my vitals. Once more- personal, efficient and knowledge as she had my x-ray on a computer screen when I entered the room and she provided me with a brief explanation of the details of my x-ray prior to seeing the doctor. Dr Moskal was great! He was extremely personable and down to earth. He explained everything in plain, easy to understand language and answered all of my questions. As luck would have it I was not a candidate for oral surgery at that time. He went over maintenance protocols specific to my condition and provided me with all the what if's and maybes for my future. I would certainly return to his care in the future and would recommend Dr Moskal and his staff to anyone in need of oral surgery. Also, this review was not positive because of my relationship to the office I was just fortunate that Nancy works for such a great place and she was spot on!

I did a lot of waiting and searching to find this oral surgeons office because I wanted to make sure I was in the best hands! I was very nervous to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out because I have never had surgery and am 28. I was very happy I did the IV anesthesia. The assistants and Dr. Moskal were very helpful and informative during the consultation, they provide the best overview and pre-procedure & post-procedure tips. The office is sparkling clean, organized, and clear fresh space. During your procedure, you can even choose your own music from the speaker so I did Tibetan Bowl Meditation/Energy Healing. Also have felt very safe there during COVID. After having my surgery today, (which went so smooth!) I am just resting and ready to recover within a few days. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the exceptional care and highly skilled professionals at this office!!

Dr Bob Moskal and his team went above and beyond when I had come looking to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was initially very nervous about the procedure and they provided a lot of information about it and what to expect. The day of my procedure they did a lot to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed by letting me pick some music to listen to. I opted for the full anesthesia and was eased into it like a nice nap. When I came to they were very calm and kind as I tried to orient myself and went through my post operative care and recovery. So far my recovery has been easy, with no problems nor any need for narcotic painkillers. Dr Bob even called me the evening after to check on how I was recovering. I am humbled by such a caring approach from an oral surgeon especially in this post covid reality, and would highly recommend him and his staff for any procedure.
