Being a part of our practice for the past 30+ years has given me the opportunity to be involved in both clinical and administrative positions. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of each smile. Currently, as an office manager, I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families.
I am so happy to be working with such a professional and organized team. I love seeing the process of treatment from beginning to end and seeing the beautiful smiles our patients come out with. Outside the office, I like making DIY projects and traveling.
Working with the LM Orthodontics team has been such a pleasure. The enthusiasm and encouragement within the office is the highlight of my day. My favorite activities outside of work are waterskiing with my family and chess. Also think of myself as a professional puzzle builder.
Working with the LM Orthodontics team has been such a great addition to my life! Everyday, I look forward to talking and meeting with the patients. Being a part of their smile journey makes my smile even brighter! Outside of work, you can find me at the gym, dancing, making music, or spending time with my loved ones.

Drs. Luposello, Marzban and team are excellent. We've had 3 kids and 1 niece come for orthodontia and I will likely be a patient too. Their treatment approach is straightforward and easy to understand - especially for complicated cases. A family oriented practice. Highly recommend!

Dr.G and Marzban are amazing docs. The staff and doctors take time with each of their clients and listen to their needs. They are super friendly and the front desk staff are amazing. Dr.G is super nice and is willing to work with you as a client, we love seeing her!!

My eldest daughter just visited with Dr. Marzban and is very excited to get braces. He took the time to explain the process and timeline with her and answered all of her seemingly endless questions. My middle daughter is already a patient of Dr. Marzban and we are consistently impressed by his professionalism and knowledge as well as his amazing staff!

I went in for a consult with Dr. Marzban and everyone in the practice was very prompt, friendly, and professional. Dr. Marzban was clear, relatable, and most importantly, honest. He advised me on a treatment plan that would not involve his practice, which I found to be admirable, respectable, and trustworthy. I don't know about his actual workmanship because it didn't get to that point, but I have all the confidence I would need to return to him should my treatment change course.

Seven years ago I tried Invisalign through my dentist's office and my results were never quite right. Then, my teeth started to shift. My three sons had been treated at L&M with fantastic results so I went to Dr. Marzban for help. Thanks to his plan and his team's support, my teeth are finally straight and my bite is aligned. I couldn't be happier! I'm also grateful because L&M is connected to our McLean community, as a MLL sponsor and more. I'm glad we can support them too. Thank you L&M!

Dr. Marzban is fantastic. He even agreed to take over my treatment after another orthodontist had done a poor job with my orthodontics. I highly recommend Dr. Marzban!

This office is one of my favorite places. The staff is friendly and genuinely happy. Dr Marzban is personable and a joy to visit. The office is immaculate and organized. My adult daughters came here when they were kids, as did I. I'm now back due to adult teeth shifting but, truly don't even mind. Dr. Marzban and his entire staff are fabulous.

I am going into this practice as an adult, having four grown children who had orthodontic work done elsewhere. I wish I had known about the practice sooner. Front desk operation very open, efficient. The dental tech who took images was professional and gentle. But the thing that put it over the top was the time Dr. Marzban took to meet with me and talk through next steps. He has such a great demeanor and communicates clearly and thoughtfully. I can't recommend this practice highly enough!

Both consult and first appointment went very well. Staff is very congenial and informative. They explained every step of the process in detail. I'm an adult patient who wore the old fashioned braces years ago. Alas, teeth now need correcting again. This process is much easier!

Dr. Marzban met with me on two different occasions to go over all the questions I had about Invisalign. Considering that he teaches at Columbia, he is well qualified. He has also put a spacer and braces on my youngest. I know I am in good hand with Dr. Marzban!
