Robert M Taylor grew up in a small town on Lake Huron in Michigan. Coming from a long line of dentists, Dr. Taylor naturally found himself in the dental profession. After graduating from Rogers City High School, he went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hope College, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy. Since 2005, he has lived and worked within the Bay City area, practicing general dentistry in private practice.
In addition to his education, Dr. Taylor is also a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Michigan Dental Association, and the Saginaw Valley District Dental Society. However, he is equally passionate about pursuing his education to ensure his patients have the very best quality of care and benefit from the latest dental techniques.
Recently his education in that arena has taken him down the path of advanced implant treatment and surgical placement. Over time, this led him to investigate cutting-edge treatments for a non-removable, implant support, full arch of teeth. The process he developed his less invasive and offers a more predictable treatment option.
This same technique encouraged him to explore treatments for sleep apnea. The technology associated with sleep apnea appliances is complex. However, Dr. Taylors experience has made dental appliance therapy a natural fit for his practice and specialties.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor's for over 10 years now and we are now going through the process of dental implants. I will remain a patient of his until the day he decides to retire. I can't explain how amazing this office is, they truly do check off all of the boxes! Such kind and understanding staff, to awesome assistants, and Dr. Taylor himself holds himself to a very high standard and supersedes that every time I see him. I truly couldn't ask for a better dental office!!

I am a student who is interested in going into dental hygiene and I was hired to work co-op so I could see what its like being in an office and get the experience while still in high school. I was welcomed with open arms and everyone there is great! Each staff member is very sweet and loves showing/teaching me new things. Best place ever and I am always treated with respect. Not only are the front desk girls amazing but Doctor and all the girls in the back are one of kind. This is a great office and everyone there makes sure every patient is well taken care of!

Wonderful office! Great staff! I brought my daughter in who has high anxiety for the dentist and she was comforted and talked through the full procedure. She previously had to be sedated at our old dentist so this was incredible! So happy to have them!

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor's for many years. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. When I need dental work, I tend to get quite anxious but Dr. Taylor and his staff are very comforting and put me right at ease. I have also been so impressed with the high quality of Dr. Taylor's dental skills, as my fillings are always perfect. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Everyone here is great to work with. Became a client just before Covid to have a wisdom tooth pulled, was a great experience. Then recently had a molar pulled due to tooth decay, and they setup a plan to restore/fix other teeth that need attention. They truly care about their clients. Would highly recommend!

I have been a patient at this office for over 25 years. A lot of the staff has been at the practice for many many years and I love the consistency. When a new employee does come on the scene , they fit right in with the caring and friendly atmosphere that this office provides. I would highly recommend this gentle dentistry office. They make you feel like family.

This is a very friendly and experienced group. They work with you on getting the right schedule for you. They are amazing at doing root canals. They had a ruff time with me to start. I hadn't been to a dentist in 8 years and the dental hygienist had to do a double cleaning to get my teeth where they should be. Now I have an awesome smile because of them.

I have been a patient for 20+ years and I have had great service every time I have been into the office. The staff and Dr. Taylor are incredibly friendly, knowledge, and good at their jobs. They use a good mix of new and traditional technologies in practice which makes care much better for patients. A truly great office

Very nice and friendly staff here! Had Dr. Taylor fix 6 tooth decays in two visits, both times were great! He does excellent work and makes the numbing process painless, highly recommended! Thanks a lot guys!
