Shortly after graduating, he entered a residency program at Marquette University A.E.G.D. (Advanced Education in General Dentistry). I wanted to give. 5 star review because the receptionist was amazing. Very nice and answered all my questions. The doctor was polite as well but after I left I called a friend and found out they basically pressured me into doing an emergency extraction with an infection. My insurance was not in network and after the doctor played with my tooth and made sure it was agetated refused to prescribe anything for pain. Don't get me wrong I agree there is an issue with pain meds but they where able to look at my medical records and see I do not have a history with anything. There was no reason to put me into that kind of pain attempt to do an emergency extraction they knew might not be able to be completed in order to get me to pay hundreds of dollars that day. I was told to put a review up to let others know what to look for.

This Office is Amazing! I haven't been to Dentist in ages, and here they made me feel very comfy! Se habla Espanol, to me that is a plus, me being Bilingual!!!

I would recommend Dr. Reid, Dr. Smith and his staff to anyone! I found them on google years ago and never turned back. I am terriably afraid of needles and the dentist...my wisdom teeth were extracted flawlessly, they offer nitrous that helped the process and my nerves. Highly recommend!

I am one of those people who are phobic about going to the dentist, so it took a lot for me to finally go in. Due to the fact that I have been a giant baby about taking care of dental work, I now have several issues that need to be taken care of. Dr. Reid was very calm and friendly, which put me at ease, and I also appreciate that he did not seem to be judging me for neglecting my teeth. He told me which tooth needed attention first, and said we will work on the others as I can afford it. The two ladies working in the office were also very friendly, and I appreciate that they were so kind and understanding. I will be back in a couple of weeks to have an extraction, so I hope that experience is as non-stressful as my initial visit was. Thank you so much!

Whenever I need a procedure done he always gives options on what would work best for me as well as explain to me the pros and cons which really makes me feel at ease. I've had quite a few dental procedures done by Dr. Reid and all of them were excellent so far. Now my latest is Invisalign, which I am so excited to see the result, I will update this review once it's completed. I also appreciate all the staff, these ladies have been patient with me in answering all my questions, everybody has been professional, very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist.

One time my buddy lost a couple teeth wake skating.. we looked and looked but couldnt find them. Then we saw this Otter backstroking with big pearly whites... Anyway Dr. Reid replaced them even though it was really close to christmas! The best
