I will say now that they have switched over to different people the office runs more smoothly. Same dentist just different staff and they are so fast and respectful. My kids love going to the dentist and that's not something many moms can say.

The staff was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER....the dentist left my FRONT tooth a dark shade of Grey! The filling was silver and showed through from the back. She said there was nothing she could do. Must be she never heard of veneers. So now I have to smile at others looking like this. Why would you do something like this to someone??? !!! I have been in tears since leaving their office.....18 hours ago! And Dr Payne has retired. I suggest that you stay way.

Have been going here for last 7 years and have been nothing but impressed. The staff are always professional and courteous and after the last few DDS offices over the last 10 years prior I would put them In the top of their class. I know everyone fears the DDS but do not let the name fool you lol, Dr. Payne as well as his recent replacement so far seems really down to earth and very personable and always professional. They I have to say the best I've ever been to For services and his hygienist's are great at their jobs and always make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for everything and ending my search for a good dentistry from every aspect. You and your staff are truly awesome!!!

I didn't realize the quality of the service you guys provide until using another dentist while we were out of state for 5 years. Very impressed and happy with everything and the new facility is very nice as well.

The lady who answered the phone was some what rude I'll just go some place else I don't want to be treated that way. I'm sure there service's are good just not the lady on the phone

The dental hygienist used Sherlock skills to solve and fix a gum problem. I truly appreciated Sarah's skills. To add to today's visit, Dr. Payne gave tips and suggestions how to prevent the problem from happening again with such kindness. This afternoon, the discomfort disappeared. My family has gone to Dr Payne for 8 years.

Dr. Payne, and his office staff and hygienists, were amazing! He took the time to listen to my concerns and assess the dental work needed. He even took additional x-rays, at no charge to me, to be sure that I was comfortable with his diagnosis and that he agreed with my prior dentist. Saved me hundreds as my prior dentist wanted work done that was obviously unnecessary. Thank you, Dr. Payne!
